Tried Wingstop for the first time today, and it’ll likely be my last. The food was decent, but the wait was way too long—took 37 minutes for my online order to be ready (just 2 sandwiches). Other reviews weren’t kidding about the slow service.

Terrible experience! We waited over an hour for a simple order of wings, and the service was incredibly slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and we were left standing for extended periods. When our food finally arrived, it was poorly packaged. The location was nearly empty, which made the wait even more frustrating. Hopefully, they’ll take steps to improve their service and efficiency as we got there at 10:15 and left at 11:30.

Placed a DoorDash pickup through my husband name, first time coming and they gave our order away just for us to wait another 20 minutes for an order of just wings. Terrible service and such an inconvenience

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order, claim the system was down, but once up prioritize a phone order over 5 minutes... no apologies for the wait. The lady who was the manager was rude and made excuses for poor service. Would not recommend this location. Staff attitude is poor and has messed up orders in the past.
Update manager called me the next day and apologized I appreciate that. Takes a lot to respond to a complaint.

I've only been to this location once, and that's all that I will ever be here. I give it two stars over one since the food was decent, but not great, when I got it. I got a 10pc traditional combo I ordered in store with maybe one or so other customers in there. More people started coming in ordering in-store after me with some getting their order right away. It took over an hour to get the food, and when I went up to see how much longer it would be, they slammed the food down on the counter at me. Overall, this location needs improvement.

Used to be better a few months ago, it's gone downhill lately. Boneless wings are usually great, bone-in is a different story. The past five times I've ordered I have either: 1. I did not get the number of wings I ordered, 2. I did not get all flats when I paid for them, or 3. The wings were clearly overcooked or reheated.
