Used to be better a few months ago, it's gone downhill lately. Boneless wings are usually great, bone-in is a different story. The past five times I've ordered I have either:
1. I did not get the number of wings I ordered,
2. I did not get all flats when I paid for them, or
3. The wings were clearly overcooked or reheated.

The last 3 times I order food they took one hour and 20 minutes to get my food ready it's a joke this place

The restaurant could be picked up and the floors and table surfaces could use a good mopping/scrubbing, respectively.

I ordered $60 worth food. Didn't receive the 5 orders of ranch i paid for. I actually received 0 ranch! Wings without ranch are a nogo!

I tried calling and going on the website to place a order couldn't. Came into to the restaurant at 1150pm. Young lady stated that they wasn't taking any more orders but they close at 12am......Very disappointed
Prepaid online. I showed up about 20 minutes after my arrival time. After checking my name a couple of times, they said they gave my food away to someone else. She then asks me multiple times who i sent up there to pick up my food. I didnt have anyone pick it up, and it was under my name only. The manager then tells me that I wouldn't get a refund or my food. I then ask for her supervisors phone number. She writes on a receipt just the name. I tell her I need an actual number and she refuses that too. I then tell her I'm calling the cops. She said, "good, you'll just get escorted put if the building like the others". I said bet. The cops get there, I explain my side of the story, and eventually get my food personally handed to me by an officer. It was absolutely ridiculous I had to involve the police to either get my food or a refund. Shout out to the police though, they handled the situation professionally and understood my frustration upon their arrival. Never going back to this location, just unacceptable customer service.

Great place for those of us whom salt control diet is difficult to navigate. Well wingstop gets it. The fries have zero salt upon request!
This makes family nite a one stop gourmet Wingstop!!
Vegetarian options: Carrots and celery and fries are great vegetarian treat.
Dietary restrictions: Salt is a Major, Mega! Importance. It's the difference between eating at wingstop or passing the restaurant and wave goodbye to too much salt and sodium.. Heart healthy eating is key to over all health of Wingstop customers including the non-compliant!

It was a 45 mins wait. Yikes. However, the guys there kept asking everybody their name. I'm still going to do a report, not to be mean but I worked in customer service and evidently there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Maybe the estimated time online should give a better estimate, a system where if you wait more than 15min a courtesy soda is offered. See everything isnt bad customer service, just understand that just giving away a free soda could cost someone their job. The food isn't the employees. In my case it's personal, my daughter bday was today and by the time we got home, she was too sleepy to eat, her siblings had went to sleep, and I spent $49.99 to bring food home a put in the fridge. Again, the team was amazing, it's the operations that need some help

Delivery order was missing 4 things. And Everytime I called the store to address it, I got "we are busy on the phone with other people, call back at another time" and there is no other contact information in the email.

The Manager is great at customer service. Out of all of wingstop locations..I will only go to this one because she cares. She greet you when you walk in and the place is clean..I never have a problem when I come here. I don't know her name..but she is awesome. Food is always fresh and hot.

Most of the time our order is on spot, today not so well. Ordered all flats, got a combo order, fries weren't that good and wings were cold.
