I'm not sure what was taking so long. They had a full kitchen but service was as slow as can be. All of the food I got was cold. Estimate time was about 10 -15 minutes and I waited about 45-50 minutes.

Had to wait 40 minutes for my food even though I preordered. Manager was nonchalant. Female staff was rude like I’m not entitled to what I paid for. Worst wingstop ever. Please just go to another one. These people don’t care about service or cleanliness.

The new employees on November 4 were very great at customer service. It was three gentlemen in there they were very prompt to the orders that I placed and courteous. I’m very grateful for the new staff.

Ordered 30 Piece boneless for Dinner, I have tried Wingstop in Chicago, Texas, St’louis and at many locations. Trust me this is the worst store I ever stopped by. Not sure why the flavours taste bitter and I suspect the expiry date of the flavours.

Worst food ever had, will never be back even though given for free. Their Cajun fries are not even worth commenting.

Ordered late lunch at work for myself and a coworker via doordash. Half our order was over cooked and half was undercooked. Received the wrong drinks didnt get both cheese fries. I hope I don't get sick.... not happy with our order at all. I would never order from this Wingstop again.

Literally had an online order set for 6:15 and the food still isn't ready at 7:45. No discount was offered, this place is a joke I will never eat at this wing stop again. An hour and a half after the order was supposed to be ready and still waiting. I'd just Cooke your own wings if I was you.

Wingstop doesn’t get enough credit and sometimes they can be rude and food not fresh but NOT TODAY BABY!! The service at this location was amazing surprisingly I mean from the welcomes to the swift service definitely had me stumped! Good job current manager and team!

Every time I visit this location, it is packed. Busy as can be but the staff is hustling and getting those orders out as quick as they can. This is my favorite location, order is always correct and taste great.

Food was too salty to eat. The seasoning on the chicken was terrible. Fries were rubbery and overcooked. I could only stomach about 2 boneless wings before giving up. Threw it all away. I will never be back.
