I tried to put in a compliment on the website and couldn’t pull up your location. Normally when I come in the drive through is always backed up, Today your team member Reese was running out the door to make sure everyone in the drive thru got a quick service and I just wanted to compliment her on doing a great job!
We so love we have a sonic but the quality of the food just isn't there anymore you for sure see what shifts care and what don't. I still dunno why hubbie keeps going they best thing going is the app with 1/2 priced drinks. I've called i've complained. Promised some coupons never received by the way. The first week of Sonic opening in Brookfield Missouri in May 2022 (?), there were some minor kinks that they needed to work out, such as staff being able to rollerskate? Funny till they end up using your vehicle to bring them to a STOP while trying to deliver your order! ?? Or hearing and understanding what the customers are ordering over the (new) comm systems/speakers!BUT all-in-all, their staff are very friendly, helpful, and aim to please their customers, and their location...
