Ordered my food in the dive thru, paid, and sat for 22 minutes waiting for my food. Finally got my food and no surprise, the order was wrong. Went inside for a refund because I was not going to wait about 20 min for the remake. Was told by the manager on shift to talk to the manager tomorrow for a refund. Absolutely frustrated. Never again Hardee's

Buffalo Missouri is the only Hardee's that has roast beef. All other stores don't have it. They keep their store clean, food is always hot and taste great. The servers are very friendly. They are flexible and can custom make your food.

Restaurant was clean. There were only 3 employees but she let me know it may take a minute. It didn't tho. Food came out hot and fast. For sure will stop here again.

This is the best Hardee’s I have been to ever. The Customer Service was amazing they all had smiles on their face and they made my day. I ordered the tenders and it was the best tenders I have ever taste. Thank you for these three workers working tonight they made coming to Hardee’s worth it, I definitely will be back to try those tenders again thank you!!!

Multiple times over the last 5 years, ive ordered a double loaded omelet biscuit. Half the time when I get my food and check ot to make sure its right, it seems more like a normal omelet biscuit. Almost every time I get breakfast there its the same older gal working the window. When I ask about the biscuit to make sure its right, she's always condescending and a little hateful. Very upset with this hardees. I wish I could definitively tell if they were giving me a single, rather than a double.

The manager Zoie was very pleasant. She was doing her best doing many jobs to try and get orders out. After about a 30 minute wait we received our order. Once I checked we were missing a 5-piece chicken strip. I go back in and let Zoie know and she apologized and got me what we were missing. Jordan the cook in the back says “that’s a lie” loud enough for me and another customer in the lobby to hear. Of course I was not going to be a pleasant person after he called me a liar over freaking chicken strips. Then wanted to argue with me and say he wasn’t talking to me. You don’t need to be talking to me when myself and another customer could hear you clearly. Again Zoie apologized on his behalf although he should be the one apologizing for very very poor customer service, calling the customer a liar, and arguing with the customer. I appreciate the customer in the lobby for having my back because he witnessed everything and had some words with him to. But Jordan should not be working in a customer service job. Very rude do not recommend this location as long as he is working there. I give Zoie 5 stars. I give Jordan negative stars. Looking forward to hearing from corporate after putting in my feedback with them as well.
