I had the one of my best days here, I was feeling really down and out of it and I went in for a some chicken tenders (they are super good here) and the owner noticed and even came and talked to me, very nice and encouraging! I definitely recommend eating here especially inside! Great times have been had here 10/10

DO NOT EAT AT THE BUFFALO, MO location. 4/19/2025 I ordered the Hot Ham and cheese sandwich, my son ordered the Chicken sandwich. I checked the order at the drive thru window. The cheese on my “Hot” Ham and cheese was not melted at all, or hot. My son’s chicken sandwich looked like it had been refried to the point of rubber and slathered with mayo, dripping from it. I showed the young girl my sandwich and my sons. Let here know the issues. She said, that’s your chicken sandwich, and? I explained the issues. No apology. I handed both back to her and they gave me back the same sandwiches, just over heated and nasty!!! I would never recommend you eat here and the customer service was horrible. They didn’t care that they had served us far less than sub-par food.

Potholes in the driveway are scary , food was cold and tasteless chicken was soggy and fries were horrible I use to love this Hardee’s but sadly it has gone down hill!

What can I say I generally start my day greeted by the awesome staff. It is a great way to start my day. Food is always on point. And if I ever do have a mistake. The staff will make it right. They have had my daily biz for 5 years. And im looking forward to another 5.
