Great food and service, and I just have to say the few times that I ate in there I've always found the service great ,and the food to my liking... I've noticed that there are some reviewers on here who don't agree with my assessment ...as a person looking for honest advice about where to eat, I'd say if you see negative reviews -go to their profile, and see how many times they leave negative reviews ....if a person habitually leaves negative reviews, chances are they're going to be unhappy wherever they go... have a great day ,and I hope anyone who frequents this restaurant has the same wonderful experience I did...

Can I put negative stars? Service was horrible!! All they wanted to do was sit in the corner and eat there meals! We ordered the Cajun chicken club....the chicken was so dry and nothing but rubber there was more bun than anything! My long island was disgusting! When I said something to our waitress when she only came to table to bring the bill I informed her said I don't feel like I should have to pay full price since it was that bad she said we don't do that took my card went to her table complained about me to her friends co workers out loud so I could hear it then brought me my receipt didn't apologize say bye have a good nothing just went back to her table sat down and continued to eat her meal!! I will never come back there!! Absolutely horrible food and service!! as a bartender/waitress you don't treat customers this way! Also we were the only table in there so there was no need for such poor service!!

The Prime Rib was the toughest we ever ate. We had a hard time cutting it with the steak knives given Waitress never asked how our meat was. The flavor was ok just not cooked right. The side salad had too much dressing maybe to cover up the lettuce that was wilted & had a few pieces with brown edges.

I can't believe I'm writing this, but theirs was the best cashew chicken I think I've ever had. I'm not joking; it was spectacular. (I'm 52 and eat out twice a day. I've probably had cashew chicken thousands of times from dozens of restaurants).We are city-folk, and we were just passing through. To be completely honest, when we first sat down we were feeling slightly snobby as we looked around at the somewhat modest interior (clean and tidy, but a bit rustic), and heard the country music playing overhead. We privately laughed to each other when we looked at the menu and saw everything ranging from fish to pasta, to Mexican, and even Chinese.We stopped laughing when we tried it though.It was genuinely the best I've ever had (and I've had Leong's, prepared by the inventor himself!). I have no idea if the rest of the food on the menu compares, but the cashew chicken is amazing.We will be going back, and possibly even driving to Buffalo, just for this.

Texas toast!? I was shocked they skimped on bread. The crab in the shrimp and crab scampi was barely warm. The only difference between the shrimp scampi and the shrimp Alfredo was the chunk of imitation crab with Cajun seasoning that’s it. The appetizers was soupy and didn’t have anything in it. Tasted like seafood but wouldn’t find the meat. The peta bread wasn’t even toasted and was store bought. It wouldn’t surprise me if nothing they serviced was cooked fresh; everything tasted store bought even the sauce. For the prices they charge it was disrespectful to receive that quality of food for such a high dollar. It was empty for a reason. The owner was seated with others and yelled at the server for not bring their food first. Horrible experience

I had business in Buffalo and decided I needed a good burger. Jem's popped and and it's a must try restaurant. Burger was great and seasoned to perfection. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back!

The food is more geared towards the older crowd. They offer a wide variety and most of it is good. It's just a little on the blander side. They offer live music some days. They have two tvs and a good kids menu.

Absolutely the worst steakhouse we've ever eaten at. My husband paid $22.00 for a NY strip steak that was rancid. The service was Absolutely awful as well. Our waitress didn't refill our drinks, ask us how our food was, or even give us our ticket. We just went up front to pay and told them what table we were at. The chicken in our Alfredo was horrifyingly disgusting. Gordon Ramsey would have told everybody to " PUT YOUR FORKS DOWN AND STOP EATING". The food is rancid there. This place deserves NO stars. Don't come here unless you want to get sick.
