Had two people come up to me asking me what I wanted for my order to then ignore me to walk into the lobby for friends and the third person who took my order called me by the incorrect name even though the code I gave them displayed my named. Complete disrespect, do better on customer service.

Extremely slow and after the horribly long wait the food was cold, the hash browns were undercooked as insides were cold. This is the 1st bad experience ive had with this location, usually is really on top of things.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to I moved to Buffalo 2 years ago ajd been here hundreds of times now gov8ng them my business. Not 1 single time have i been here ajd not had to pull forward and wait on my food litterally not once. It also takes them forever to bring it out to you. Today I get Food in a hurry get pulled forward to wait again like always finally get my food and drive to a family members house 30 mins away. We open our food and there is food missing. Guys it's not that hard you need to hire all new people or managers something this type of service should be unacceptable but it isn't. Look at all tue reviews on this place, they j7st clearly don't care.
