This is only restaurant that doesn’t participate in any active subway coupons the 2 that we’re working when I ordered tonight were inconsiderate rude and disrespectful and we will not be back to this location I asked for managers name and to write it down and they rudely said Stephanie and the music was so loud you could barely even hear what they were saying

Ordered online. Sandwiches were good but ordered 6 oatmeal raisin cookies and received 1 and 5 other ones that we don't eat. Called subway and worker was VERY RUDE!!

Ordered a Spicy Nacho Steak foot long.The thing was drenched in some kind of cheese sauce, I mean smothered. Siracha, sauce, no cheese slices. It was dripping there was so much cheese sauce on it …….disgusting and through it away! $13.63 for crap, never going back!

Ordered a foot long tried calling no answer employees mentioned phone donest work .. paid for a foot long got half the ingredients. I complained but all they said was sorry we'll make sure it doesn't happen in the future. No reimbursement nothing . Don't expect me to order food and pay half the price what makes this any different..

I’ve tried this subway a handful of times when dinner gets too late to cook. Tonight, I placed an online order. It gave no option to get it toasted. I thought “no big deal, I’ll call and tell them.” I called about 10 times and the phone just rang and rang and would eventually hang up. I get there, ask the young kid working there if it’s by any chance toasted, he blankly looks at me, and says “it doesn’t say on the receipt” I then explained I had no option to get my sandwich toasted online, and after calling more than once with no answer, I’d like it toasted. This is what I received. The original sandwich, warm, soggy, disgusting mess. Went straight into the trash. I’ll settle for ramen next time when dinner gets late.

Most unfreindly atmosphere EVER!! Dine in. Asked for a salad. They couldn't chop the salad, they couldn't even cut the meat. Asked if we wanted drinks and I said yes regular sized drink. Get to the tea containers and they are empty. Asked if they could make some tea and he said no. They make tea in the morning and if they run out, they run out....thy are not allowed to make it. Pretty sure leaving a can of tea for the duration of operating hours is against health department regulations and will be contacting them tomorrow

Rachel and Braden were Amazing ⚡They both made great sandwiches and had great service and attitude when I came in 10 minutes till close. The order was perfect with great portions! Highly highly recommend ?

I sent a complaint in about a manager who was extremely rude to me and my kids and was never responded back to. This place will never be visited by me or my family again.The manager scolded me for asking for mayo on my bread vs on the fixings, disagreed with my suggestions for my kids and refused to split the order when paying. It could have been done be ringing up half at a time.. embarrassing experience.. clearly she should never work with the public..this was 6 months back so I'm sure she is gone now but still never going back and never got even a response..
