Staff friendly but save your $3.00 the pretzel is inedible... So tough can't even bite it and zero flavor. Sandwich was good.

I sent a complaint in about a manager who was extremely rude to me and my kids and was never responded back to. This place will never be visited by me or my family again.The manager scolded me for asking for mayo on my bread vs on the fixings, disagreed with my suggestions for my kids and refused to split the order when paying. It could have been done be ringing up half at a time.. embarrassing experience.. clearly she should never work with the public..this was 6 months back so I'm sure she is gone now but still never going back and never got even a response..

Fiery Intercessor

The food here is usually pretty good, but the prices have gone way up over the past couple of years.Although I’m usually satisfied with the product, they have made mistakes. But what I have consistently noticed is that, with a few exceptions, the employees here are very indifferent, unfriendly and apathetic. Most of them do not smile and act like they’re there for just a paycheck, nothing more.I feel that if people are going to work in customer service, they should take pride in their work. The sour attitudes of the employees at this location make me hesitant to go there more often. With the higher prices, I would appreciate and expect better quality service.

Do better subway. Whole lotta attitude behind that counter, don't think I ordered that. And maybe teach your girls how to make sandwiches. All the meat piled up in the middle? Really? So I got a 6 inch sandwich and a 6 inch bun. Pretty sure I ordered a whole footlong. Definitely taking this mess to go. The vibe in here not very inviting today.

I was really disappointed with this location, and surprised because it's relatively new.I ordered 4 subs and paid over $50 no drinks, and no extras.I personally ordered an Italian BMT with all the vegetables. What I received was a goey pile of nonsense. There was a half a leaf of lettuce, two black olives, and one D'd tomato on it. The paper wrapping it was so soggy it was difficult to separate it from the bread.My family's sandwiches were essentially the same.I suspect their employees were not accustomed to pick up orders and took their frustrations, about having to bring the order out to my car car, out on my sandwiches.The male employee that came out looked as if he hadn't had a bath in a few days and still had his gloves on from making the sandwiches. ...good luck to the customer after me whether or not he actually put new gloves on after touching the exit door twice.I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE.

We walked in and the restaurant was empty, no one said hi and we waited for 4 minutes and said we are ready, Then the girl behind the counter said she couldn't help us because they had three sandwiches on the counter. We left. They had three people at the counter?. I don't think I have ever been told at a subway they can't help me.

Stopped at Subway in Buffalo MO returning from O'Fallon. What a treat.! Greeted by two gals on staff. They were so bubbly and sweet. Knowledgeable on new menu. The counter was appealing with fresh veggies and cookies etc. Kudos to the Manager and staff. Stop by . Yummy

Most of the time it's fine but every time I get a Turkey Italiano, and it's over charged?! Other than that it's a 5 star. There's no reason I should be paying extra meat when that's not what I'm getting. It has happened three times with 2 specific employees. It is sad they are not considerate for their customers.
