First of all, it’s called fast food for a reason, but when I got to the drive-through, I was skipped over by another car that pulled in after me, but no excuse for anything besides what we were trying to get out other orders.

I will go through the drive through and always order a water and it will still take over 10 minutes. This is probably the worst fast food place in butler because of it's slow service and disrespectful workers. The service here is worst than McDonald's.

Ordered at drive through, waited 8 minutes outside before I went inside. Asked to be reimbursed as I was in a hurry. Was told I needed a manager for that and he was putting hamburgers together. In total, waited 16 minutes, manager finally spoke to me after I was handed my food. They were not busy at all. This is not the first time but it will be my last time waiting here. I will not ever go back.

Went through Drive Thru ordered the BBQ Brisket Whopper meal.. Frist off they didnt have two of the drinks we wanted then my my sandwich didnt have any BBQ Brisket on so just a Whopper...😡😡... This place is a JOKE!!!
