Generally fast service & good, friendly customer service. However a bag of ice had been spilled previously to me entering. When I got to the register the floor was a slippery puddle.
No drinks were stocked, iand the pizza was dry and burnt.

Pulled up to get gas and went inside to use restroom and forgot to get gas. I realized it the next morning that I didn't get the gas and called them up. They said I needed to come back up there cause the transaction went threw even tho it shouldn't have. Cause if u use your card and don't get gas it should go back on there. So she wanted me to drive back up there to get the gas that I never got but paid for it!

This is the worst Casey's I've ever been to I order a pizza and it was a supreme I ordered but let me tell you all this it was not a supreme pizza you couldn't find any onion or .on it very few olives they was so tiny hardly could see them and when I called to ask what happened the woman told me to come back and show her the pizza and she open the box and had her hands on my pizza and I told her that this place on orange street is the nasty place . manager was very rude and hate full I will never enter this store ever again Casey you all need to train you employees better or shut your door

1....1 ?... DISGUSTING! No window washers or fluid ever & when you ask, they don't bother to refill. Only one coffee machine working, the Donut cabinet was so filthy & very evident it hadn't been cleaned in several...several days... NASTY...NASTY... NASTY!
Only complaint I have is some workers need more of a positive attitude and kitchen crea need to read there receipts for orders better

Better store on Ft. Scott St. They smile and greet people as they come in and say thank you when they leave. They care about the customers.
