Went through the drive thru and was missing 2 sandwiches and are order was supposed to be large but got medium missing the sauce for the nuggets. Just a bad place wish they would put anything else there but McDonald’s! Now they won’t answer the phone to make things right!!!

The lobby wasn't very busy, but the drive thru was cranking pretty good, our food came out hot, fast, and fresh, Melissa was great and helped us with our order, Mads and Rain helped out as well, excellent experience! Thank you

5/26/25 Cassie took my order telling me 7 minutes for fresh chicken strips😋 When going into this place in my town, the folks are so friendly! Always a joy seeing their smiles! Chicken strips are AWESOME!!
There are several rude employee's. If you are looking for fast drive up service this is the wrong place. Often breakfast sandwiches have hard biscuits and rubber for meat

To is 5/11/25 went to McDonald's to have breakfast, as usual no one at the counter to help you, so wait till someone see you. You order and are told we just ran out of the because everything else is frozen. I ordered and told the person dine-in so they mark it to go, but still give a number to go sit. After that I hear.the manager yelling about having to serve breakfast till 10;30 she wanted to stop it at 10:20. Absolutely no customer service or care about the customer at all. Would not recommend stopping at this McDonalds.

Horrible wait times. Absolutely horrible management and the food is always cold or stale by the time you get it. We waited 30 mins for a # 1 and a happy meal . And it wasn’t even lunch hour and by the time I got it the fries were cold and disgusting. DO NOT GO TO MCDONALDS IN BUTLER MISSOURI!

As we first walked in it was normal. But the second we ordered our food something was rong. It didn't give us our recite . Now that's not that bad, no problem. We then started talking to some people who had not gotten there food for 10 minutes , and a giant line out the parking lot for the drive through. And workers standing around not doing anything.
