We usually have a pretty good experience coming here. On this day, they were the only sit down restaurant open and on top of that short staffed. My husband had called ahead to order my pizza to be ready for us when we got there because I have a tomato allergy and can have the regular pizza sauce. There was some miscommunication/clarification between the employee and my husband and the pizza came out with pizza sauce on it. They quickly got the correct pizza made and baked for me. As for the buffet, they were packed in there but I feel like they kept pizzas out there relatively well. The plates on the other hand were not well kept up with. People were using the to go boxes as their plate.

Three employees behind the counter and the young girl manning the counter told someone would be there to wait on me shortly. And then she went in the back. Our order was prepaid and in the warming box. I patiently waited close to ten minutes to get my order when there was one else in the building. I believe she was waiting on her releive to show up. She look at me when I came in stuffed a roll of cash in her fanny pack and disappeared to the back.

The kitchen floor was disgusting!! It had food all over the floor. I didn't see it until I was standing at the register paying for our food. The cashiers finger nails were DIRTY DIRTY. I wish I had paid attention to his nails and the floors before we ate. We stopped here because of bad weather.

At first they pretty much ignored me. Then once I finally got to order it went pretty smoothly. Customer there asked if I was going to eat there. When I told her no she said good because the service was terrible. I got my order and the pizza was great. Love the stuffed crust!

Went there for dinner and everyone we had any interactions with had dirty hands, nails, etc. It looked like they hadn't washed their hands or clothes in a very long time. It was disgusting. When we asked for anything they acted like we were an inconvenience. We asked for refills and it seemed that they put the refills in the wrong glasses. I had water and my companion had soda. It was not a good experience at all. I called and talked with the manager and all I got to hear was how his regular staff had ghosted him all week and he had to call these people in at the last minute. That is not the fault of the customers and that does not excuse dirty hands of staff.

We have been there several times and usually its terrible. We're not going back again. We went in for lunch buffet. Lettuce on the salad bar was brown, tomatoes were spoiled, almost no pizza on the buffet, no pasta, no breadsticks. They said they were making more. The restaurant was not busy and we waited as long as we could but I was on my lunch break so we had to leave. Never brought out more food. Next visit I spent over $50.00 on items for carry out. It was awful. Hardly no toppings, cold, ( I arrived early for pick up), dried up looking terrible and tasted so bad I didn't even eat it. Do not recommend the pizza hut in butler missouri. Service is bad, usually short handed, you will have to go ask for drink refills, not a good experience.
My friend and I was starving when we got there. As soon as we walk in, the server, cook, everything said it was going to be at least 10 minutes before she got to us because she was the only employee who showed up for work. And we were the only customers. Overall she did great, obviously stressed

Pizza Hut stop charging customers an additional fee because it's delivered this takes away from the tip.... Price is everything this meal cost me $75 for family of four didn't know there pizza dough was made from gold. Stop being stingy with toppings....
