This store has gone down hill so fast! Everything I order the sandwiches are made wrong. And I am so tired of getting all end sliced of the tomatoes. The sandwich picture is supposed to be extra lettuce, tomato and mayo. It's bare and minimum.

I had a very difficult sandwich order and Deborah was very patient with me and fulfilled my order to my satisfaction even tho they were packed. I would highly recommend the subway in Butler because of their good service and amazing sandwiches

I use to worked for subway for 31/2 years.i was so disappointed with my sub. There were hardly any vegetables on it at all. The last couple times I was there was very disappointed.

I absolutely loved the food and atmosphere at this location. You're employee Joe was very friendly and super helpful and did an amazing job helping me and my son chose something we would both enjoy. As we were sitting in the dining area enjoying our meal we seen a bus load of people come in and order food and he handled each and every order with a friendly/professional attitude and didn't get overwhelmed and handled it all by himself! Overall I feel like your employee Joe is the main reason I would give the restaurant a 5 star rating! This man deserves recognition and a raise!!

Waited 20 min for an employee to even acknowledge me, the kid behind the counter started on my order, than an online order came in so he made me wait even longer to even start our order... furthermore there was an additional employee hiding in back refusing to help. I will absolutely NEVER be back to this location!

Collin took wonderful care of my girlfriend and myself. He gave the sandwiches precise attention and it was great!
Both employees were very polite and treated us and other customers like family. We had two pepper steak and cheese footlongs, a veggie footlong and cookies. Everything was delicious. One of the customers was celebrating his birthday. We all told him happy birthday and bought him a cookie. It was a fun experience for everyone.
