Waited 20 min for an employee to even acknowledge me, the kid behind the counter started on my order, than an online order came in so he made me wait even longer to even start our order... furthermore there was an additional employee hiding in back refusing to help. I will absolutely NEVER be back to this location!

Both employees were very polite and treated us and other customers like family. We had two pepper steak and cheese footlongs, a veggie footlong and cookies. Everything was delicious. One of the customers was celebrating his birthday. We all told him happy birthday and bought him a cookie. It was a fun experience for everyone.

I tried to order on line to get their bogo deal but wouldn't let me put in the code I asked the employee about it and he said he couldn't help me pretty messed up wont go back if I have problems like this also I had more of a veggie sub then a meat

The sandwich artist was definitely still training but she was pleasant. The manager was super cool and knowledgeable and made sure she knew what to do. The new subs they have are pretty solid as well. But, oh my lord the prices are out of control. That's obviously not the staff's fault though. Overall verdict is that it's good but pricy.
