I don't normally review fast food. But, I went through the drive through a couple different days. And the people working the window were genuinely nice. And the tacos were the way you want them, crunchy shells and more than 4 pieces of cheese.
Staff were wonderful to us and the food was the freshest I've ever gotten from TB! I pass through Butler fairly often and WILL be coming back. Echo was quick to greet us and the rest of the team made our stop very enjoyable.
I often go to this Taco Bell. Usually, the portions are much better. On this trip, my taco was nearly empty, and it was crushed. The chalupa was so dry I could hardly eat it. The nacho chips were cinnamon flavored because they had been fried in the same grease as the cinnamon twists. The 5 layered burrito had only 3 layers and was basically a bean burrito with a hint of beef and cheese. They had a new food prep crew working. They were either poorly trained or didn't care....
