Don't waste your time, gave them three trys to get my order right. Failed all three times. 1st wrong product give out, 2nd right product but was microwaved to the point my bun was hard and all cheese melted off buger, too hot to hold. 3rd wrong burger type. 3 strikes your out. My qualifications are worked at my family owned and operated DQ.

There was a hair in both mine and my son’s Blizzards that we got from the drive through. We both noticed them immediately after we pulled off. The line was so long we didn’t bother going back and just didn’t eat them. 🤢

Had to circle back around and ask for the blizzard to be remade because I guess they didn’t hear we didn’t want it made with chocolate syrup, no big deal at all. Would have given back the one we already had no problem. No greeting or anything the girl just gave us a death stare like we ruined her day. No one likes to feel like they are a burden but it’s not our fault the food wasn’t made how we asked. This isn’t the first time an employee has been rude at this location. Wish it wasn’t the only DQ for 50 miles.

Whoever Kate is needs to be trained o. How to talk to customers. She was extremely rude and I could hear her talking about us when the window was open all because I asked for my ice cream before I pulled up?

I stopped for a bathroom break. Dairy Queen has good desserts. Everything else is overpriced for fast food. That stuff ain't food. That's why you are hungry in 2 hours.

Worse DQ I have been to. We spent over 45 minutes in the drive through to wait on 2 burger meals and a 3 and 6 piece chicken basket. After all that time they still couldn’t get the order right. Went in to get 3 more chicken tenders since they gave us 2 3 pieces ,got home and they never did add the 3 pieces to make it a 6 piece. It is always something with this place

Awesome food and brownie icream dessert. However, as of 10-20-24, the hamburger that comes with the $7 meal was mushy like it had been nuked in the microwave. Usually, the burgers are great, but def not this time.
