Something is amiss with this location. Understaffed making for long wait times. Front staff vocally complaining about the back of restaurant staff was VERY unprofessional. Foot long chilli-cheese coney didn't have any cheese on it and there were only 6 or 7 cheese tater tots in the order when there's usually at least enough to cover the bottom of the paper tray. I think we'll look for another branch to try.
Once again they don't fail to disappoint! Wrong order brought to us. After returning someone else's order we sat for 20 mins before we had to inquire if they forgot about us. The brought out half our order and it was cold. Complained about our missing food and then were told " we don't have it". No off er to refund items or replace until asked. We were told they could replace 3 missing burgers with lesser priced ones..um no thank you. Asked for manager..waited...
Parking: You order right from your car. This Sonic hadf plenty of parking.
