I come in to this location fairly often and the service is super slow so I order ahead on the app and select im already here even though I'm not so they have time to make it . The kids cuss and play around in the back and watch one guy do all the work the managers don't control the situation at all . The food is usually up to par until today my burger was folded in half ...yes! Folded in half! Craziness ..they are just getting worse . Managers need fired and new ones brought in

Stood in lobby 15 minutes before even getting waited on. Worst McDonalds around, and the lobby girl Abby was rude because she didn’t want to wait on us.

I always ask for mayo, lettuce, and pickles only on my burgers. They rarely get that correct. I ask for a big mac without onions and get onions half the time anyway. The manager yelled at a customer for ordering food during a rush before. I had to watch her verbally abuse the poor guy. I normally get my order messed up at any McDonald's I go to. So that is just to be expected at this point. But this McDonald's is the only one that has rewarded verbal abuse of a customer simply giving them business. This has been going on for over 10 years. So, I just accept this as reality and only use the drive-through so that they can't yell at me. After all, you don't expect customer service from McDonald's. You only want it fast because you don't have time.
Worst McDonald's in America I stood there 15 mins no one acknowledged me or anything finally left won't be back good thing they have the old folks to keep them open the place is a dump the humans are rude inconsiderate the place should be closed

Very rude staff. They rushed us through the drive through despite there being nobody behind us. We were going to get food, but their screen in the DT was broken but then the rude girl on the mic began to rush us and we just decided to go with drinks. Honestly McDonald's needs to do quality screening before hiring these teens.
