Ad food,horrible taste on burger ,mcmuggets were cold,waited in drive thru for 15 min,got drinks then waited and a lady came to the window finally and asked if we got everything?I said no and she grabbed our food like it was sitting for awhile

I come in to this location fairly often and the service is super slow so I order ahead on the app and select im already here even though I'm not so they have time to make it . The kids cuss and play around in the back and watch one guy do all the work the managers don't control the situation at all . The food is usually up to par until today my burger was folded in half ...yes! Folded in half! Craziness ..they are just getting worse . Managers need fired and new ones brought in

Stood in lobby 15 minutes before even getting waited on. Worst McDonalds around, and the lobby girl Abby was rude because she didn’t want to wait on us.
