Should’ve read the reviews before ordering here. I ordered online and even tipped $5 just to get a cold pizza and no soda. 2 liter was $4 and they told me no refunds but gave me a $6 credit that I don’t even know how to use because the lady hung up on me. Absolute disgust. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

This is the worst pizza hut ever, the first two times I went in, it was more that 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and bot times there was less the 5 customers in the place, the third and final time I was there, the food was dry and old, the salad bar had old slimy vegetables and the one server was so distracted she couldn't hardly finish a sentence, and when it was time to pay, she ignored us twice to continue speaking with a friend of hers that didn't even come in to eat or pick anything up, I will never go back and neither will any of my guys, not when there are much better places next door to them. I only wish I had gotten my $52 back i wasted on trying to feed my guys lunch, that none of them finished cus it was so bad.

This experience definitely warrants a review.
I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app and chose “pay in store.” I drove 15 miles to the California, MO location, walked in, and stood at the counter for over five minutes—completely unacknowledged. An employee stood less than five feet away, boxing pizzas (mine, as it turned out), but never made eye contact or said a word. Once she finished, she simply stood there… staring at the wall. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing.
Another employee finally walked up from the back and stood at the opposite register, looked around aimlessly, and also said nothing. I finally had to initiate the conversation and ask to pay for my order. He called out the other employee’s name, and only then did she finally hand me the pizzas and take payment—again, without saying a single word. No total, no thank you, not even a “have a nice day.”
As for the pizzas: they had so much potential, and they completely flopped. Both were soggy and noticeably undercooked—blonde crusts with no crisp, no chew. If I didn’t have garlic butter and an air fryer at home, I would’ve turned right around. Thankfully, a little at-home intervention turned them into something halfway decent.
But between the cold, indifferent service and the half-baked food, I can honestly say I won’t be back. When you’re the only customer in a small-town Pizza Hut at 7 PM on a Saturday—and no one even acknowledges you—that says everything.
DO NOT recommend. At all.

To the lady at Pizza Hut (I think it was the manager). The lady cussed me, my friend and my boyfriend out. We weren’t able to give a tip (due to our own reasons, also not to mention you already gave us attitude and didn’t refill our drinks up).
She literally called us a B^^^^ for not tipping (I usually do tip, but not this time).
Im sorry but you are supposed to WAIT until the consumer leaves and you can talk about them not when you’re checking out the customer.
She threw the receipt at me along with the pen, and walked off cussing at us….Grow up lady, all your doing is making yourself look bad along with your job and co-workers…

I was inside ordering when I witnessed a manager try to make the delivery driver pick Pizza Hut over his crying wife. It sounded like it was an emergency and the manager didn't care. She then told him if he left he'd not have a job. Disgusting behavior. We're under a weather warning. His wife could have been seriously hurt.

My daughter order 2 pizza and bread sticks told to have them ready at 430 pm got there right at 430 and they were cold dried out nasty to spend that kinda money was ridiculous won't be ordering takeout again

myself and friends enjoy the lunchtime buffet at least 2 to 3 times a month. It’s good and tasty and the waitress is excellent.

The last few times I have been to Pizza Hut the food has been exceptionally good, they do not skimp on the toppings. It is always clean and everybody is always very nice.
My wife and I ordered our food at 6pm. At 6:40 pm our food was delivered to our table. The chicken Alfredo was cold. They let it sit because they forgot the cheesesticks.
