I got the Strawberry Mangonada slush over the weekend. The picture has the real strawberries in it, but they just put the artificial strawberry slush with the mango slush in it. For $3 that is a total ripoff. I also ordered it with a meal, and they rang the Burger, fries, and drink up all separate so it cost as much as possible. I'm not at all impressed.
I am a very frequent customer and I had never had any complaints until today, I ordered a hamburger number 5 that comes with double everything and tosino, and when I got home I saw that it was a different burger, they gave me the most basic one and they charged me what the one I ordered is worth being that the one they gave me is cheaper

To say that the size of this ice cream was a disappointment is an understatement. Let alone their prices for the other ice creams are expensive I at least expect to get my money’s worth. When I tell you I have never wanted to Karen a business before till this moment I am not lying! I spent almost 8 DOLLARS!!! On two hot fudge sundaes! At that price I expect the cow to be milked fresh daily and the ice cream mixed by hand!! They are lucky that McDonald’s in town has a broken ice cream maker!! If you want to be robbed of every penny for below mediocre food knock yourself out!! It is that last time I am paying that!!

Chili cheese dog was supposed to have onions on it and it didn’t. Ordered 2 route 44 sweet teas and Bree brought our order out to us and we sipped them and they were both unsweetened tea. Pressed the red button right away to let them know it wasn’t the right thing and was told it would be a while because they’re making sweet tea. I said okay no problem, already paid for it so was willing to wait. She said the total price and I said I already paid and received the wrong thing. Bree came out again and said $7.57. I told her I already paid for it and that they gave us the wrong thing. Had the unsweetened ones ready for her to take back and she acted bothered by it. She didn’t apologize at all, demanded a receipt and I was way more friendly than she was even though I didn’t need to be at this point. The only thing that was made right were the southwest fries. She then said, “are you sure it said sweet?” Acted like I, the customer, was dumb. And acted like she didn’t just give us the wrong thing less than 5 minutes ago. Acted like I didn’t pay for anything. Glad I had a receipt. Then she said after being shown the receipt that it was the new people’s fault. Work on apologizing and believing your customers. Not coming back to this sonic. When the other sonics mess up, they apologize and give coupons to accommodate your time. Not this one. Never fixed the chili dog either. Which was theft because I had to pay for onions to be added to it. Also said easy ice and it was in the mobile order app so they can’t read obviously and the drinks were fully loaded with ice.
