They messed up one of our items in our order which was no big deal. We politely and nonchalantly asked to exchange it for what we ordered. Lady came out asked for the item back that we didn’t order. Made a spectacle of throwing it away in front of us and then as she was on her way back inside she let out this horrendous scream like a toddler for all to hear. Thanks! We won’t be back!

My only gripe is even after asking for “light ice” they fill it over half full of ice! And they have been told before.
I got the Strawberry Mangonada slush over the weekend. The picture has the real strawberries in it, but they just put the artificial strawberry slush with the mango slush in it. For $3 that is a total ripoff. I also ordered it with a meal, and they rang the Burger, fries, and drink up all separate so it cost as much as possible. I'm not at all impressed.

I am a very frequent customer and I had never had any complaints until today, I ordered a hamburger number 5 that comes with double everything and tosino, and when I got home I saw that it was a different burger, they gave me the most basic one and they charged me what the one I ordered is worth being that the one they gave me is cheaper

To say that the size of this ice cream was a disappointment is an understatement. Let alone their prices for the other ice creams are expensive I at least expect to get my money’s worth. When I tell you I have never wanted to Karen a business before till this moment I am not lying! I spent almost 8 DOLLARS!!! On two hot fudge sundaes! At that price I expect the cow to be milked fresh daily and the ice cream mixed by hand!! They are lucky that McDonald’s in town has a broken ice cream maker!! If you want to be robbed of every penny for below mediocre food knock yourself out!! It is that last time I am paying that!!
