While stopping by on a road trip this evening, staff were wearing headphones and were nonresponsive and rude while attempting to place order. After an extraordinary wait, staff nonchalantly handed me another customers bag of food without saying a word. This was by far the worst Dairy Queen experience that I have experienced, and I unfortunately would not recommend visiting this establishment.

Food was decent, helpful employee however the restaurant itself is dirty! Some one had moved a table for his family to sit together and this was under the table 🤢 Mind you, this was at lunch time so this wasn't from earlier in the day, it had obviously been there for some time. Tables were not wiped off either.

Very pristine restaurant and nice employees, however, I was simply astounded to discover that this Dairy Queen simply doesn’t think anyone would want to eat chocolate ice cream. They just don’t have it. Just a fair warning.

Normally I wouldn’t complain but tonight just made me realize how worthless fast food workers actually are! I just ordered a medium m&m/cookiedough blizzard. They delivered and gave me a mint chocolate chip! Seriously?? How hard is it? It’s just lazy and lack of smarts to make that kind of mistake. Seriously just not very bright at all

I work doordash and am well know at this restaurant. I went through drive thru and ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket with gravy, a extra gravy and a extra piece of toast which I was charged and paid for. When I got home my order only had 5 chicken strips and no gravy at all. I had a small pot of ranch which I did not ask for. I dip my chicken and toast in gravy, so was very disappointed at not receiving the gravy I ordered and paid for. I did receive extra piece of toast. Not happy. Tried to call DQ and no answer.
Service excellent. Store was clean. Burgers were dry and bun chewy.

The manager personally took my order and was friendly and polite. They called and confirmed if a necessary change needed was okay before continuing my cake order. The crew workers were also very polite and friendly. I stopped going to this DQ years ago due to poor service and food quality, but I look forward to frequenting this DQ after our recent experience!

Had to wait crazy long than they they gave us shakes instead of blizzards always poor service
We came in with a group of 5 at closing time and were met by happy smiles and they willingly helped us!!! Thank you Srija !!!

Food is always good however it's the only place when its 90 degrees outside that you have to wear a sweatshirt and parka inside DQ because its -20 below inside...I don't get it...I understand AC but does it need to be that cold all the time? The Cameron, Mo location is always freezing but also are the ones in Savannah, Mo too...

I’ve went here for years, and I just have to say Kenneth is the best I’ve seen in my life that food taste so good now. Dairy Queen better make sure he stays. The best burgers I’ve ever ever had I wish I had more money I’d definitely compensate him THANK YOU KENNETH!!!

Such a disappointment. Ordered 2 blizzard and they were not mixed well & did not include all the ingredients listed on menu. Service was poor. Did not even speak to us. Will not go back.
