Zero customer service that bordered on rude. Ignored me a first then begrudgingly waited on me as if I was interrupting their conversations. The place was empty, but the 4 standing behind the counter could have cared less about taking my order.

This was the dirtiest Dairy Queen I’d ever been in. The outside had weeds all over, and had a railing falling over. Inside was not better. All the tables were dirty and floor and bathrooms too. They were not busy, so really no excuse for the inside being so dirty with the number of employees that were working. We received our ice cream before our meal and then asked why. They said they could put it back in the freezer until we ate our meal. Then, they bring the ice cream out with our meal. Zero common sense! I would NOT recommend!!

My family waited 10 minutes at the counter and were never acknowledged by the staff standing 3 feet away, so they left. 👎
Ice cream was leaking all over the outside of cup of blizzard. Got ice cream all over my hands and car because of it. They could’ve wiped it before handing it to me. Runny blizzard. Not worth the prices.

While stopping by on a road trip this evening, staff were wearing headphones and were nonresponsive and rude while attempting to place order. After an extraordinary wait, staff nonchalantly handed me another customers bag of food without saying a word. This was by far the worst Dairy Queen experience that I have experienced, and I unfortunately would not recommend visiting this establishment.
