If you order triple shot latte and girl working there says “wow I’ve never heard of this” says that it says a lot about their training.Latte comes with two espresso shots and triple means three so you add extra one!!! Every time I stop into this place staff is in a bad mood like they don’t want to be there and they are out of cold brew what coffee place is out of coffee at 730 in the morning

I can’t complain. The staff was great. Very helpful as if these ladies have been on the volleyball team since the age of 7. Meaning they worked like a team. Very very good.

Poorly trained and motivated employees. Every single time I go there there's some sort of issue. The hash browns are really gross. Often I've gotten a frozen coffee drink we're just the top quarter was frozen and the rest of it was just a liquid milk drink

Recently went through their drive through and the girls working had no idea what was going on. We placed a mobile order and one girl brought a coffee and sandwich and said bye. We ordered three drinks, donuts, and sandwich. Had to let them know we still had more items. Another girl brought us another drink. Then someone else brought the donuts. But we still were missing a drink. Then they tell us they don’t have the bottled drink. If you don’t have it, fix it on the app so it can’t be ordered at that time. Very disorganized and disappointing service at Cameron. DO BETTER!!!
I actually really like this stop, but not today. My issue is with the Dunkin Donuts. I walked up while they were ringing out a customer because I really wanted a donut which for me is rare. Another gentleman walked up as well. We were both ignored as someone other than the girl that rang out the last guest stepped to the register. That guy closed the register while we were standing in line. The other guy in line asked if they were open, a couple employees said no. Mind you, 30 seconds before he walked up, I was in line and they were ringing out a customer. I understand there are business hours, but I’ve worked food service and would have never turned waiting guests away. To add a bit of insult to this situation, one of the employees started boxing donuts from the display and another one grabbed a donut and started eating it in sight of customers. Hopefully this gets addressed. Like I said, I do like this stop but this situation could’ve been handled better.
Customer service sucks here. I got a coffee and wanted it changed slightly but they refused to fix it. Not even a refund. I don't plan on buying coffee from there again.

Super fast and Super Busy and through it all everyone was Super friendly! I highly recommend although for some reason my breakfast bites, hashbrowns and bacon seemed extra greasy.

Why do you have things on your app that you are not carrying or out of stock of them? It’s frustrating to place an order and then get to the store for them to tell you we don’t have the marshmallow ube drink or the croissant for the maple bacon sandwiches and they messed up my matcha drink as well.

I really wanted to grab something to snack on, but the lady at the register was just playing with her hair. I had asked her if the strawberry donut was a cake donut or raised. She tells me it's regular, still playing with hair. I didn't let her mood bring me down. Kind of nasty though since she is handling food and money.
1. Strawberry donut - Donut was good and fresh, strawberry frosting was a little too sweet and thick almost reminded me of eating an airhead.
2. Pumpkin donut - You can smell the pumpkin when you break it in half but when you eat it, it tastes like an old fashioned donut without the crunch from the edges. Didn't taste pumpkin at all.
3. Apple cider donut- you can smell and taste the apple. The donut was fresh and the sugar was messy.
Overall, not a bad experience donuts were tasty. I would recommend the lady who plays with her hair be retrained on food safety and handling of food items.

Ok as a 29 year retail management guy, it's in my blood to watch and explore the workers - not as a bad or good thing but to see how they flow - it's a personal thing for me! Today was cool so let me share that here! The young lady as a cashier was working with the customer and recommended a doughnut for this customer- she didn't want it but accepted it because of the nature ( back to this at the end) so after that order was taken - the cashier went on to fulfill the order as many were working ?- and one other gal ( my guess she had a head set ) from drive thru cam and asked if I'd been taken care of - so she smiling said are you ready - I was and I laid it out- she listened intently and noted the needs and explained how she'd ring it - but that she'd verbally let em know the request! ( wow top shelf service) ?
So my order came - at least the coffee ☕️ did same time as the customer before me! Hers wasn't proper- they believed someone took hers so they remade hers with a smile and apology! Cool workers on an issue! While I was waiting ✋️ and she was waiting idle chit chat cam back to that doughnut she chose - she asked me if I had wanted it as she didn't ( i said sure - so we chatted and yeah that was cool ) ?
Then the girl who tool my order was also working the drive thru as I figured - but I noticed she was also making my food order and delivered it with a smile ?!
To all the workers today! Nice intentions with customers and nice work flows behind the counter!
To management: well done! Great hires! Great teamwork! And great understanding of customer service!
