Waited and hour for my food only for they to come and tell me that the could give me something different but my order would take an additional 30 minutes before done. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you have a couple of hours.

Good all around, ordered custon shredded cheese - bbq chicked sandwich ( lil pricy) when fresh phenomenal. The again when everything is fresh it's good.

Went in around 8 ish. Basically like a ghost town thanks to he wonderful new belt system people ( at least I ) ovdeed with no problem, got my food in 10 minutes, ( had to make more) lil frustrated but worth it very fresh.

Overall very good, the fries, pot wedges, patotos, mac n cheese, sweet corn all delicious.

Taco Bell is a different story, haven't had it yet. All I know it that I love tacos.

Probably the most incompetent fast food stop I've ever experienced. We ordered the most simple things in the drive through, 3 chicken strips, and a KFC bowl. I never leave reviews but I left this location so frustrated. We waited outside for nearly 25 minutes, I ended up walking in to cancel my order and get a refund but they finally had our two items ready and were about to walk it out to our car. I grabbed it and mistakenly didn't check to see if we had everything. Here's the shocker, we didn't!!! There seemed to be plenty of staff on hand as well. On top of it all, they were also out of multiple items also. I should have taken that as a warning when we initially ordered our food. I haven't had KFC in years, and probably won't waist my time again!

We have eaten here a few times and every time there is some kind of an issue. Our meal was $26.98 and when we got home we discovered we were missing 2 soft taco supremes. I had a Mexican pizza that was only beans between 2 half soggy half microwaved to the box shells, my husband had 2 chili cheese burritos and a crunch wrap supreme. The Crunchwrap tasted like dirt, he couldn’t even eat it. So it was almost $30 for 2 chili cheese burritos and a Mexican pizza that was missing any meat. We will not be going back.

Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and opened the take out box, thought it was 5 scraps they forgot to throw out! The French fries were in a small box with about ten small fries, and they forgot the 8 piece chicken nuggets so had to make a special trip to go back for 8 nickel size nugget!
Corporate really needs to review if they want to remain in business or not as this is a joke!

The last time I went in the manager was running around screaming at the employees! Instead of taking my order, they would rather yell and argue with each other! I was so embarrassed to see this I had to leave and didnt bother getting my food. Looks like the new management is just like the last one

This was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been in for a long time. The service was excellent. Several people came in at one time and they handled all of our orders quickly and efficiently. Our order was perfect when we got it. The food tasted great. It was hot and fresh. Big improvements at this restaurant.

Went for supper and ended up sending our fella back 3 times because everything was wrong. 1st time 2 famous bowls and 2 legs and 2 wings, no drinks, and missing nearly 30$ worth of food. 2nd time we got our drinks sent the food back, 3rd time we still didnt get our honey BBQ 12 pc and when he came back for the 4th time, they were barely lukewarm. How absolutely embarrassing.

Chicken was over cooked and super greasy. Every table was dirty garbage was overflowing on the floor. Wallpaper falling off the walls tacos were cold. Pop area was messy. Won't stop again. They look like they need a new manager. They take your name print it on the receipt then start calling out numbers that don't correspond to your receipt.
