They charged extra for things they didn't put on my tacos no lettuce or tomatoes the regular price is about 15 dollars and I got charged for the extras I wanted but they didn't put it on my tacos but charged me 28 dollars for things I did get

Placed an order for pick-up.
Once home, there were none of the sauces that were ordered. They completely forgot a complete chicken sandwich. The fries were so old, they crunched when attempted to eat. The biscuits were so hard and dried out, it put a dent in the drywall when tapped on wall. The chicken strips were dried and chewy. We hadn’t been for a few months due to poor food presentation. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that they have improved.

Really really bad. Went for lunch break and spent the whole thing waiting for my order. My order was presented cold and my sides appeared to have been scraped from the bottom of the container. My coworkers meals were presented the same way. Counter worker and cook staff were not to be found to get condiments.

What a joke, rarely do I leave reviews, but this is the third time our food has been messed up. Chicken pieces not what we ordered, over cooked, a side short, and no honey I specifically asked for.

We came in yesterday evening and ordered the 12 piece dinner and got screwed again, the way I figure it we should have gotten three each of to wings legs thighs and breasts. After we got home we only had one breast. My wife doesn't like dark meat so she only got the one breast. Not the first time we've been shorted here. Then when I try to call they don't answer the phone. Really getting tired of the service here

We typically order in the drive thru and we get stuff from both the KFC and Taco Bell side. They do a good job of including everything in our order and making sure we get what we want! Checking is always good, but Taco Bell side sometimes feels like an after thought or not as much care put into it.
