Vary said as I love kfc but stopped lastnite at 7 pm on my way back home to ks and ordered 8 PC all dark original and was told they only had legs and no thighs so I said ok and asked for 4 biscuits and ordered 2 medium drinks. Pulled up to the window and was told it was 43.00 then I got my order and left and opened it up and the chicken was cold and extra crispy and the pop was flat!!! Vary disappointed in that location!!!!

Came here to buy food and I had noticed that a worker here was working with non-food items, and then went to work on orders of food without gloves and other PPE required for health standards.

We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken. We were the only ones inside the restaurant and 2 vehicles in the drive through. They messed up our order 4 separate times. Kept forgetting things and then would give us the wrong thing when we asked for our item. They did not have gloves on. They also hooked the Pepsi line up to the Dr Pepper so Pepsi is what came out. Would not recommend. Before we left he was asking drive through customers to come inside rather than order in the drive through.

I came here with my boyfriend and his chicken was pink, don’t get me wrong I’ve seen some interesting chicken so I checked with a few people to see if it was okay and agreed it wasn’t fully cooked. We both work within the Taco Bell/KFC community and we know this wouldn’t fly anywhere else, it makes us look bad as a company. The gentleman who made our food didn’t wear gloves up until we said something aloud, and got an attitude when we demanded a refund, and paid we ended up paying for the drinks. My boyfriend also got a cantina chicken burrito and it was made wrong. We’ve made these burritos before and it was completely wrong. His food was put into the wrong containers. The lobby was a disaster and the trash hadn’t been took out in ages. I would love to see this problem resolved, so that we can continue to enjoy this establishment as a community.

Less than half the food was included in a DoorDash order. The second order, same story. I aspire to provide this level of service and still be able to live with myself. DO NOT GO HERE

They charged extra for things they didn't put on my tacos no lettuce or tomatoes the regular price is about 15 dollars and I got charged for the extras I wanted but they didn't put it on my tacos but charged me 28 dollars for things I did get

Once home, there were none of the sauces that were ordered. They completely forgot a complete chicken sandwich. The fries were so old, they crunched when attempted to eat. The biscuits were so hard and dried out, it put a dent in the drywall when tapped on wall. The chicken strips were dried and chewy. We hadn’t been for a few months due to poor food presentation. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that they have improved.
