The last time I went in the manager was running around screaming at the employees! Instead of taking my order, they would rather yell and argue with each other! I was so embarrassed to see this I had to leave and didnt bother getting my food. Looks like the new management is just like the last one

This was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been in for a long time. The service was excellent. Several people came in at one time and they handled all of our orders quickly and efficiently. Our order was perfect when we got it. The food tasted great. It was hot and fresh. Big improvements at this restaurant.

Went for supper and ended up sending our fella back 3 times because everything was wrong. 1st time 2 famous bowls and 2 legs and 2 wings, no drinks, and missing nearly 30$ worth of food. 2nd time we got our drinks sent the food back, 3rd time we still didnt get our honey BBQ 12 pc and when he came back for the 4th time, they were barely lukewarm. How absolutely embarrassing.

Chicken was over cooked and super greasy. Every table was dirty garbage was overflowing on the floor. Wallpaper falling off the walls tacos were cold. Pop area was messy. Won't stop again. They look like they need a new manager. They take your name print it on the receipt then start calling out numbers that don't correspond to your receipt.

This place is ridiculous. Always a hassle to get your food. Sitting drive through at least 20min just for biscuits. Need to hire people that will do their job in a timely manner. Worst KFC around

Vary said as I love kfc but stopped lastnite at 7 pm on my way back home to ks and ordered 8 PC all dark original and was told they only had legs and no thighs so I said ok and asked for 4 biscuits and ordered 2 medium drinks. Pulled up to the window and was told it was 43.00 then I got my order and left and opened it up and the chicken was cold and extra crispy and the pop was flat!!! Vary disappointed in that location!!!!

Came here to buy food and I had noticed that a worker here was working with non-food items, and then went to work on orders of food without gloves and other PPE required for health standards.

We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken. We were the only ones inside the restaurant and 2 vehicles in the drive through. They messed up our order 4 separate times. Kept forgetting things and then would give us the wrong thing when we asked for our item. They did not have gloves on. They also hooked the Pepsi line up to the Dr Pepper so Pepsi is what came out. Would not recommend. Before we left he was asking drive through customers to come inside rather than order in the drive through.
