Food was dried out. No gravy for the potatoes and no butter. At checkout they just place the food on the counter and just turned around and walked off while several customers were in there. This was around 6:30 in the evening. Where is there two weeks prior and it was really good.

I wanted 4 chicken strips, no sides. The person said I could only get 3 strips with no sides. I had to pay for and take the sides if I got 4 strips. When I got to the window I told the person that made no sense. If they could give me 3 strips, they could give me 4 strips.I asked if it was because the register was programmed that way she had no answer. She just said I could get 3, 4, or 8 strips with sides or 3, 6, or 12 without sides. (I'm not positive about the actual numbers).If she had given me the 3, 6, 12 options and pricing when I was at the speaker, I might have taken 6, but she never told me what I COULD get, just what I COULD NOT get. As it was, I got a spicy chicken sandwich, which was not what I really wanted.

Once again we left with our food and drove home 10 miles. We ordered 2 piece chicken and 4 piece chicken mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Arrived home after 10 mile drive and we have a bunch of chicken tenders and 3 mashed potatoes?? Last time they substituted crispy for 2 pieces instead of original which we had ordered because they ran out of original they said and did not bother to tell us. KFC in Cameron will be like the closed Burger King next door before long with the service at the drive through. We as consumers deserve better.

How do we wait 15 minutes for my order I was the only one in line at first few people came in walked out had to wait too long other people came in was complaining about that poor service manager was not very helpful or
I will not be going back to the one in Cameron . That was the worst chicken we had in a long time . Chicken was way over cooked could not eat it the mash potatoes was very dry and very and I mean very little gravy and my biscuit was hard as a rock . So will tell everyone I know not to go

The last 3 times I've ordered through the drive thru my order has not been what I ordered. The Last time I spend my hard earned money at this store.
The food was ok. The size of the chicken was very small. The two piece dinner only had one side now. Drive through service was good.

My Pepsi was disgusting. It tastes like an old bid, Pepsi taste was rotten, and I almost threw up. The food has tanked, and I was not aware. The service was bad, which was a lot of what do you want, and is that it. I will never go back, and highly recommend no one else go.

Me and another customer waited inside for what seemed like about 4 or 5 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. So I pull around to the drive-through. And there I am told they are not selling chicken. Because they have none ready And it's a 30 minute, wait.
