Took 45 minutes to get our order, food was cold by thime it was brought to our tableHad to ask for bread that came with the meal. Drinks went dry mud way , and refills had to be requested. Save your money.

We ate here last week for the first time and were completely impressed! Loved the vibe of the place instantly. There was even a dude in kilt cooking! Nice touch. The food choice was excellent and we all enjoyed our meal. But the gem we found was really the waitress. Her name was Trinity and she had the kindest demeanor. Excellent waitress, did the job flawlessly but it was her personality and her thoughtfulness that was most outstanding to us. You could tell she was genuine too, not just looking for tips. I have paid a lot more to have hateful servers throw sub par food at me, for years now it seems. This place, their food and Trinity was a real treat. We will absolutely be back.!

Stopped into McCorkels and Mallory was our server. She was knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and was fantastic. Our food was great with lots of flavor. If you are close by, make sure you top into McCorkels for food.

I used to eat here years ago and it was always really good. However, The kids chicken strips are 80% breading, all of our French fries were cold, my tenderloin had no flavor at all. We waited at least 40 minutes to get our food and they were not busy at all.

What a gem of a place! Driving from New Mexico to Minnesota & stopped for the night in Cameron, MO. Delicious steak, shrimp, & salads. Wonderful bread & cinnamon butter. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly & attentive waitstaff. Amazing prices! If we're ever this way again, we know where to stop for a great meal.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon before the local crowd came in for evening meal. Server was very busy but did manage to get to us and take our order. She dropped off the appetizer then disappeared. Another server brought the main course and drinks but was also very busy. Wife's meal was good mine not cooked and when I asked if I could get a replacement she also disappeared. Do not recommend going here unless you live in town as they seemed to cater to locals.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to. It took half an hour to get appetizers, once we got them, it was a very small size. While waiting for the waitress to come take our order, someone came and turned off the lights above us. We then waited another half hour to place our food order and then around another hour to get the food. I got the Philly. That was a mistake. The peppers and onions weren't sautéed, they were burnt. The Philly would have been totally bland if not for the lingering burnt taste from the peppers and onions. The bill was outrageous for the service and quality of food we got as well. None of us will be coming back to this hole in the wall.

We ordered an appetizer and dinner. It took the waitress 10 minutes to bring our drinks. The bread she brought was hard. She failed to refill our tea and when I asked for more tea she slammed a fresh glass on the table.Out waitress came by and asked if we were still good. We said it has been 45 minutes and the nachos (appetizer) has not arrived. We inquired if it would be much longerand advised “we are really busy”. Everyone around us had eaten and left.About 5 minutes later the waitress brought out our entree and said it will be 15 minutes more minutes for our appetizer. While we were waiting for our food another short dark haired waitress placed bread and a salad on the drink station. Our waitress removed a wet towel from a metal bucket of water, sitting on the same drink station. She squeezed, what appeared to be soapy water from this towel. The water squirted from the towel onto the salad and bread. The other waitress came by, picked up the two items and served them to a table. Our waitress took this same wet towel and wiped off all the empty tables around us.This waitress is young, very tall and heavy. The last two times we have been there her section has been on the west side by the restrooms. I recommend you avoid this section and this waitress.I brought this incident to the attention of the manager and he laughed.

Hometown bar & grill. You get exactly what you'd expect. Great place to meet up with friends or family and have a meal and drinks. A lot of variety without a lot of fuss.
