I was waiting for AT LEAST 45 minutes. Understaffed, the food on the other hand was quite good! BUT the drinks were watered down but still good! I rate this 2.5 stars!

Worst food I have ever gotten in my life 1st thing it wasn't even the correct wraps instead of ranch it was the new golden sauce & 2nd thing it was ice cold life it was pulled from a cooler or something after I tried to eat it I got sick 𤢠I would like the GM of this store to contact me back.

Could have been better, due to the fact that we waited almost an hour for our food, my sandwiches were made wrong TWO TIMES, and they didn't offer us a refund for screwing up not just once, but twice.

After Chiefs game Iâm on the road working. Walk I order food from the STUPID kiosk no humans. Kiosk doesnât print my receipt or order number but of course took my money. I got pretty vocal loudly I mean asking NOBODY if they could help me after I had pushed the help button on kiosk and 30 minutes later still no help. I donât blame the hard working employees I blame the CEO of McDonalds that they think human interaction is not needed any longer. Shame on you!!!

Listened to the two women behind the counter crack jokes and complain the whole time we waited. My coworkers food was made wrong twice and when I finally got mine my two cold hamburgers looked like they had been slapped together and squished by someone who couldnât care less. After 40 minutes of waiting for my food I decided to go and get my money back. I guess you get what you pay for. Iâll take it as another reminder why I rarely eat McDonalds and wonât even when in a rush. The vast number of negative reviews of this location speak volumes only secondary to the lack of response from any manager, owner, or corporate.

Drive thru clearly gets 100% priority as I waited 20 mins for 2 mcchickens. Inside customers had to ask how much longer for their orders to get filled, myself included.

Numerous times I've been there and not received all the food that was ordered and paid for. The people at the window were too worried about talking to each other or looking cool, rather than doing their actual jobs.
Ordered curbside, 20 minutes pass by and I get fed up and go in. Upon entrance I spoke to a brunette kid in his teens-early 20. He essentially mocked me to the woman behind him making orders, it was apparently taking 20 minutes for one McChicken.
While there waiting on my drink when handed food, an older couple and two kids came up to get their food and was told theyâre waiting on a Frozen Coke, which couldâve been done in the time they waited for foodâthe blonde little girl said âIt wouldâve meltedâ in an aggressive tone and they requested a receipt for the complaint line, hence Iâm also going to tank on the reviews at this location.
Management better do your job, your inspection ratings from Corporate wonât be goodđ

This mcdonalds just keeps pushing cars through the drive thru but don't hand out any food. We waited 15min in a parking spot with 5 other cars, we got cheese burgers and nuggets, nothing complicated!
