I overheard the cook say this is the worst scrambler he ever made then proceeded to still serve it anyways. It was burnt. Nothing came with sauce. I won't eat here again

We stopped today after visiting Shatto Milk Company, we stopped hoping that we could just grab a bite to eat quick, after 15 mins the serve came over and stated that the soda machines were down as they didn't have any carbonation, then we both ordered chicken alfredo and the cook then came over to us an hour later and said they didn't have anymore alfredo noodles, no big deal just swap the noodles, however 20 mins later we received one alfredo and one spaghetti (not what we asked for) the spaghetti was full of water with some dried up noodles, the alfrado wasn't bad but the bread was burnt and sauce was too watery. At the end of it she stated that we wouldn't have to pay for the meal (we appreciate that and would've paid) however this took way too long and the food just wasn't good. I would've rather ate at McDonald's than there, we shouldn't have had to wait an hour just to be told that they don't have what we both asked for.
Please change your menu if you can't keep a stock of what's on your menu.

This is a place where ZERO stars are needed.. when I entered this restaurant, I sat myself, as I was waiting for my food you could hear this man in the kitchen cussing about dishes. Now, this place echos so every word he spoke, you can hear it crystal clear and loud.. when my food arrived; I tasted it and to be honest, I didn’t like it, it was totally bland so I told the waitress, she gladly put in something else for me. When she went back to the kitchen, you can hear her telling him that I said that it needed seasoning (which I did say), he HOLLERS “it needs seasoning” over and over again and then said, “if you want seasoning, go to Olive Garden!” That pissed me off and I normal don’t get mad but that was so disrespectful of him to say that and for it to literally ECHO the entire restaurant..
A place of business is as good as the management! There is no doubt in my mind that he has been complained about numerous times and nothing has been done because he is still there. The cooks name is Travis.
Management will be notified! Being a trucker, when you stop for the night, you would want to come to a restaurant to relax, eat good food but this is not the place to do it if you’re here at night.. he will definitely disrupt your peace for sure!

Disgusting waste of money and they charge almost 4 dollars for a cup of watery OJ go across the street to Wendy's or dunkin or mcds this place is a joke and your stomach will hurt afterward bcuz the food is horrible

I’m amazed at how businesses can stay in business when you only want to open when you feel like it.
Today i believe is the worst experience I've had at the diner. Been waiting for over an hour and half for breakfast!. Got here at 10am. And its now 12:10pm. So not happy, came for breakfast and been waiting for so long its now lunch!!!!!!! They say it a new cook...ok, well still not happy at all.

Walked in at 11:22am got my so called meal served at 12:26am. Ordered shrimp and fries. Both were out of a deep fryer from a box in the freezer. Shrimp was chewy, fries ok. Waitress said she'd take 10% for the hour wait....she did not. Big failure, at least on this occasion!
