I buy a blender here almost daily because when they are made properly they are delicious!! The last 3 times I got my drink it was awful, has no taste what it should be. Very disappointing. No hate just frustrating and I will not be coming back.

Went in for a blended drink yesterday... u couldn't suck it through the straw because the ice was not blended.. usually I have no problems with scooters.. wasn't the case yesterday... and for 8 bucks I want my drink fixed properly!!!!!

My white mocha blender wasn't completely blended and I *hate* it when there are chunks of ice because it wasn't blended long enough.

My husband and I have been coming here religiously since the day they opened. We are here probably way too much 2 to 3 times a day! The staff used to know us by name and I understand things change and people come and go. But here recently we have been stopping in after lunch for a pick me up and EVERY time I get our coffee and our infusion they are just not right like I said we have been coming here since day 1 and get the same thing and today after a few weeks of this I'm more than frustrated! Our coffee taste like watered down dirt and our infusion has zero redbull! I called and all I was told was ok!! We love scooters but the inconsistency..... I guess I'm just disappointed.
