The app sucks!!! Not half price drinks anymore. Says u can add the deal but it really doesn’t in the end. Very disappointing. Also the stalls set up for order ahead it’s great and all until they mess up your order then u have to yell at a worker walking by cuz now u have no button to let them know. Changes are great and all but the recent changes that have been made are not good.

So I have been there three times in the last 2 weeks and each time I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my food, the kicker is there was only two other cars waiting Once the screen shows that your food is being brought it's another 10 minutes before it's brought out. I know what they're doing, they go ahead and pretend that it's being brought out so that they can act like they're getting food out fast but they make you wait and wait Once the food comes out it's lukewarm at best, never hot I would suggest going to dairy Queen right across the street

as a former sonic employee (not at this location) who understands that it gets busy sometimes, the service is unacceptably slow even after lunch. if you ask for sauces or other add-ons, chances are you won't get them. i have ordered mozzarella sticks with extra marinara for the past 3 times i've gotten food there and all 3 times i got no marinara. even after directly asking the carhop at the window, and still none. just annoying if i ask for something more than once and still don't receive it. good food but terrible service.
Got smash burgers here on Sunday 12/22/24. Got them home and Mayo and mustard were dripping off of them. Sloppy, gross burger. Have eaten here before and not had a problem. Had to scrape all the mess off and still slimy. I would not recommend this place to a dog. Jeez, how do you screw up a burger? Also super sloooow

Besides the fact you can't stop in a stall because you will never get service, I ordered $25 worth of stuff and got 2 separate charges one for $31 and one for $4. This is pathetic that the wait was so long and I was charged for items that were not mine.

Friendly staff but long waits during busy hours which is to be expected but average food quality. With a little improvement this could be a great fast food experience

I waited for close to 30 mins for my small food order, which I was grateful for and thank you to the hard working people inside the Sonic for making that happen. Not complaining about service, they were doing excellent trying to keep up with traffic.
Just remember that this is one of the few food options in town and they get swamped at drive times.
