Friendly staff but long waits during busy hours which is to be expected but average food quality. With a little improvement this could be a great fast food experience
Bruh help this location out and only come during off peak times.
I waited for close to 30 mins for my small food order, which I was grateful for and thank you to the hard working people inside the Sonic for making that happen. Not complaining about service, they were doing excellent trying to keep up with traffic.
Just remember that this is one of the few food options in town and they get swamped at drive times.

Be prepared to cancel all of your plans for the hour, especially with online pickup. I have gone there with an online order twice in a row and both times I showed up a few minutes early expecting to wait a little bit, both times I have pulled out of sonic 5-10 minutes later than my pickup time. The food is delicious, the service could use some work.

I ordered online while sitting here in the stall. It was said to be ready at 4:28. Now it is 4:42. Just now received. So not a happy customer! Never had this BAD of service!! Busy or not! Ridiculous!! And unacceptable.

Stopped in for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 pretzel twists drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks. The grilled cheese were made with hamburger buns. No cheese sauce for the pretzel twists and no marinara for the mozzarella sticks. It took probably 10 minutes before my order was taken and another 10-15 minutes before my order arrived. I was going to hit the call button to request the sauces as it would have taken too long and the food would have been cold

Car hop stalls either always full or not working. Drinks sit out for 20-30 minutes while they wait on the slowest cook ever so they're always watered down or flat. Food quality is very average, absolutely nothing to write home about. Currently here and have been sitting in the drive through line for 20 minutes. 2 cars have moved. Just go to McDonald's.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Day 4 in a row, 1 hour past opening - sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with no one answering on the speaker. 1 car in the drive up. I drive around and see someone making food every time…..yet no answer in the drive thru! Corporate needs to just take their losses and shut the place down, nothing but a problem in the past 2 years. Gets worse and worse.
