Constantly have to get onion rings remade at this location and even when they remake them they are still soggy. $20 for 3 large soggy onion rings that's a no from me for now on . Sonic comments and wants to offer immediate resolution from said manager but then said manager says he can't do anything about it. Make it make sense??

after we order food at the drive through we pulled around and waited 5 minutes while one of the managers on the monday night crew on 11/17 was chit chatting with a guy in the car infront of us. We thought they might have been waiting on food but they weren’t they were just talking. Once we got our food it was the worst food we’ve ever had there, the fries, tater totes. and chicken were all cold and hard.

ODERED a number 1 the girl rang it up separately and cost 2$ More I asked the car hop this question and she said that she didn't know she dont eat there.lol Nice! I said with these prices I don't blame you! It was only 2$ but it adds up plus I always tip the car hop.

I was ordering my food the girl who took our order was rude, she overcharged us, and while we were still talking to her she ended the order. Then we didn’t get everything we had asked for and went through the drive through for the rest of our order. We were ignored for a few minutes and then when a girl answered us she rolled her eyes shook her head and gave us a lot of attitude. I was very disappointed in the service here. Will not be back anytime soon. The girl that was helping us was Kayli.
The crew are super friendly and quick. The lot was kind of scary, but they were able to finally able to fix it recently.

The app sucks!!! Not half price drinks anymore. Says u can add the deal but it really doesn’t in the end. Very disappointing. Also the stalls set up for order ahead it’s great and all until they mess up your order then u have to yell at a worker walking by cuz now u have no button to let them know. Changes are great and all but the recent changes that have been made are not good.
