I was ordering my food the girl who took our order was rude, she overcharged us, and while we were still talking to her she ended the order. Then we didn’t get everything we had asked for and went through the drive through for the rest of our order. We were ignored for a few minutes and then when a girl answered us she rolled her eyes shook her head and gave us a lot of attitude. I was very disappointed in the service here. Will not be back anytime soon. The girl that was helping us was Kayli.

The app sucks!!! Not half price drinks anymore. Says u can add the deal but it really doesn’t in the end. Very disappointing. Also the stalls set up for order ahead it’s great and all until they mess up your order then u have to yell at a worker walking by cuz now u have no button to let them know. Changes are great and all but the recent changes that have been made are not good.

I ordered online and it didn't take long to get my food. I tried the new double smasher, and it was very good.
So I have been there three times in the last 2 weeks and each time I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get my food, the kicker is there was only two other cars waiting Once the screen shows that your food is being brought it's another 10 minutes before it's brought out. I know what they're doing, they go ahead and pretend that it's being brought out so that they can act like they're getting food out fast but they make you wait and wait Once the food comes out it's lukewarm at best, never hot I would suggest going to dairy Queen right across the street
