A hidden gem in the city!

As you are getting a sandwich made another lady will almost run to the register and yell out how much you owe before your sandwich is even made.... shouldn't you be more concerned about pleasing your customers? I mean it's like you freak out that your not going to get paid. Also... you all should try smiling at customers and not be shooting the breeze so much, I know all about your dog and his medical problems now but yet you didn't even say thank you when I paid...all of you are disappointing!

The workers were not working fast enough, they were taking their time on making the food. They did not put enough toppings in the sandwich for what Subway normally has in a sandwich.

How hard is it to follow the written instructions on how a customer wants their food? And the phone is down so no way to let them know. Ordered 2 sandwiches and they are both wrong. Literally there was more wrong with our sandwiches then there was right. We ordered it for delivery due to car being broke down so we can't drive there to get it corrected either. Extremely frustrating

The food was iffy, they didn't really seem to care all that much. The service and atmosphere feel as of crackheads ran the store.

Y'all need to give the guy that was working tonight a raise! I didn't catch his name, but he was the military boat chef guy.
I've never seen somebody work so hard. I'd hire him in a minute if I lived closer and saw that work ethic.
On top of being ultra productive, he was super happy and was interacting positively with the customers as well as encouraging his coworker.
Well done boat chef guy!

Josh is a great employee! The last 3 times I have been in he has helped us and I normally order 6-8 sandwhiches when I go in and he is always positive and ready to make them all! And he’s fast! Subway don’t loose him! He’s a valuable employee!
