Ordered online and my husband went to go pick it up got home... Realized both our sandwiches were made completely wrong. To the point they were plain only meat and bread! When called to talk to a manager there's was no manager in the store. They guy continued to tell me that he didn't know about it because he was not there. Didn't appolagize, didn't ask if there was anything he could do. Worse customer service ever!

The lady running the counter wasn't friendly at all, acted as if we were a bother coming in, super small portions of meat compared to other subways, got a foot long steak and cheese med.drink chips and was almost 20 dollars. What a joke!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never seen grown adults (25-40yo range) behave like this.The three women who had served us were extremely rude. They answered our questions ("what bread do you have available") with impatience ("I just said, we only have xyz") and openly voiced their disgust ("eeeYUCK!! Sorry, I just think that's gross") with my order (spicy tuna and chicken, I work out, I need protein). I also saw another worker come onto the line and didn't wash her hands, only put gloves on. That's not even everything that happened in the 7 minutes I was there. I'm honestly livid beyond belief.

This was the cleanest subway I have ever seen! I have been in several states with tons of subways and this subway was the best service and food I have ever had. Service was outstanding! Very friendly staff! I hope subway appreciates these two staff members!Vegetarian options: They have veggie subs and salads.
