Service is very slow. The chicken is so dark and greasy you can tell its cooked in old used dirty oil. We didn't order any taco bell food because we know its not made with real meat. Its all meat fillers and way over priced. If you like to eat healthy I do NOT recommend going here for anything to eat.

The slowest most inconvenient trip made for dinner…. If you have toddlers or babies don’t do drive through you’ll be waiting no less than 30 min for your food. People were nice but it was a ridiculous wait… had half the parking lot full waiting on their food.

Recently moved locally. Let me premise this with I am a lifelong Taco Bell fan but I have lived in the city 90% of my Taco Bell experience. Have been to this Taco Bell 10-12 times in the last 2 months. It started with ordering a nachos bell grande beef, no beans extra nacho cheese (my staple) and getting a nacho’s supreme both times. That has changed I guess they figured it out or got the right size containers in because the last few times it was right. Ordered something last night (they always take forever and have you pull up to the side immediately even without a car in the parking lot). Ran to Walmart got paper towels and when I got back they said they were waiting on nacho cheese. Tonight had it DoorDash’ed and there was a hair in my nachos. Some of you will think this is an exaggeration but if you have been there (or work there) you will know this is true. Taco Bell if you reach out I want nothing but for this restaurant to be fixed. (Nachos with hair in it is in a ziplock bag in my freezer if you want it.)

Absolutely terrible service, cant even take a simple order and get it right, my order is always wrong and when I tried to call to see what can be done I was hung up on, spent 10 minutes waiting to order cause they didn't want to take the order and there was no cars in the drive thru

Ordered 2 discovery luxe boxes and a bean burrito at drive thru. No one in front of us. Gave us are drinks and was asked to pull forward Next 2 cars behind us also pulled forward After waiting over 20 minutes He brought are food and apologized for the wait There were no boxes just food thrown in a bag. After getting home we found that we only got 1 lube order and the chips for the 2nd order. Called 3 times to complain But no answer. Called corporate and filed complaint. Was told someone would contact me and resolve the problem It's been 6 days with no contact. Called the restaurant 3 more times with no answer Paid $22.53 and got $9.00 food order. Cameron KFC TACO BELL HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FOR YEARS. STAY AWAY

This kfc/tacobell the employees never seem to wear gloves nor know what they are doing in the evenings. Specially 4-6pm times which I assume would be peak times. Employees when asked about items dealing with even door dash or inside service don't come back with sauces and managers don't seem to care it's not uncommon to have a 30+ to a 1 hour wait time to still be missing items.
Everything in my doordash order was wrong, except one item, the steak quesadilla and that was burnt, cheese wasn't melted and had all the steak in the middle. Then they didn't even cut it. Only reason they stay in business is the fact they are located in a small town with not many options. Avoid!!

Along with all the other reviews, I don't even want to give this place a one star review because it's not even worth it, since when does tacos or any fast food take 30+ mins to come out & everything's still cold?! This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Sat in the drive through behind 2 only 2 cars for 20 minutes. The staff is not trained. The menu items were wrong. And they STILL got the order wrong. Management and ownership need to do better and actually support their staff.
