Ordered 2 discovery luxe boxes and a bean burrito at drive thru. No one in front of us. Gave us are drinks and was asked to pull forward Next 2 cars behind us also pulled forward After waiting over 20 minutes He brought are food and apologized for the wait There were no boxes just food thrown in a bag. After getting home we found that we only got 1 lube order and the chips for the 2nd order. Called 3 times to complain But no answer. Called corporate and filed complaint. Was told someone would contact me and resolve the problem It's been 6 days with no contact. Called the restaurant 3 more times with no answer Paid $22.53 and got $9.00 food order. Cameron KFC TACO BELL HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FOR YEARS. STAY AWAY
Along with all the other reviews, I don't even want to give this place a one star review because it's not even worth it, since when does tacos or any fast food take 30+ mins to come out & everything's still cold?! What a joke, I think this place needs better management & or cooks... didn't even give us a reason why it took so long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Sat in the drive through behind 2 only 2 cars for 20 minutes. The staff is not trained. The menu items were wrong. And they STILL got the order wrong. Management and ownership need to do better and actually support their staff.

Would’ve only taken 10 minutes but they forgot a taco, took another 20 minutes just to tell someone they forgot the taco. That’s 20 minutes waiting without being helped

Outstanding customer service.
First off they was out of alot of things.The staff was very unfriendly and they forgot several items that was ordered.They didn't give me a receipt.When I tried calling several times it just rang and rang then went to a busy signal.They wouldn't honor my birthday reward either.I could understand if they was busy,but they wasn't.Tjere was.other people there that they messed up on there orders as well.Maybe some of the employees need to be retrained.

First time visiting since management change and I've got to say what an improvement!! Dining room was actually open (it's been closed before due to short staffing) and it was spotless. Had a little hiccup on my order due to new menu item but Tristan worked thru it and got it squared away. Food was fresh and very well prepared. Came out in a timely manner. Definitely a better experience then I've had in the past with the prior management!! 10/10 would recommend!!

The food is gross, the place stinks.
They're hard tacos, mush by the time you get them home. They don't know how to roll a burrito. Everything falls out. I wouldn't go up there again if they were giving it away for free.
Always quick and orders are always correct.
I deliver door dash. Each time I've arrived at this store, I've had to inform them I arrived with a door dash order before they even START on my order. The cashier goes to a door dash receipt printer and manually keys in the order. This makes me concerned that he could key in information incorrectly for my customers. Each time I have to deliver from here, it costs me over 15 minutes of time just waiting on food. I have to inform my customers every time that their order is delayed because of a flawed system at this store. I have pictures of the receipt. It was 29 minutes to get this order from the store.
