Ummm they forgot my meat in my crunchwrap as well as the sauces i requested, NOBODY answered the phone when i called. Very VERY poor service will be escalating to corporate.

First the kid taking our order didn’t know how to input items. That’s fine, everyone needs to learn, so no big deal. Then we found out they don’t have the decades menu. So that was super lame. They did get all of the items in our order correct, so that was good. However, the beans were crunchy and the rice was almost completely uncooked. The crunchy taco shells were stale and the lettuce tasted like it was washed with a chemical and not completely rinsed. Everything tasted gross. My family loves Taco Bell, but this was not a great experience. Maybe head a little further down the road if you are driving through and looking for dinner.

Came here for a quick bite at 10:28pm , they said they was closed. Store hours says 11pm. I pulled to the window and they acted like I wasn’t there lol. Horrible service

Would leave no stars if I could, my Mexican pizza was literally half in the box and not cut, one of the supreme tacos also was half wrapped so it got all over the bag and then my daughters cheese quesadilla I don’t even think was put on the press, the cheese was not melted in the slightest and it was cold - I guess I’m lucky it was actually in it’s wrapper. Tried to call, no answer of course

If I could give this place zero starts I would. We placed an order in the drove through, waited almost 45 minutes for our food. I ended up having to go inside, still had to wait another 10 minutes. Got our food, over half the order was wrong. My wife's rice and beans looked like it had been sitting for HOURS. She went in twice, TWICE, to get the order corrected, still wasn't right. My wife expressed that management maybe should run the place better, and was told to get out of the store. I filed a formal complaint after I went inside. The manager was rude, and highly unprofessional. We WILL NOT be going back to this taco bell.
