Had Neva/Eva as a cashier and she was rude from the start and insulted my party and me based on our appearances and when we didn't react they doubled down on what they said. We had already been on a long travel day and they decided to be extremely rude to us. Not somewhere I would want to stop or eat at again when travelling on the highway.

I'm visiting on my move from AZ to Illinois, I worked since I was 12, and I'm 18. I've worked in fast food plenty. The girl had blonde hair. Her name was Kristen if I'm right. Not only excellent service when there was a huge line of arrogant, stressful people, but she also helped us with the Wendy's app. I also watched her clean up the place after taking all the orders. My boyfriend heard a manager say the place wasn't clean while she was cleaning. The place was clean and kept up, and the tables were wiped. Could've fooled me and said you guys just mopped, and the floors just dried. Kristen seemed to have a sweet soul and deserved the recognition for the hard work I, as a past shift manager, saw. She seems timid but hard-working and sweet, which is leadership material, I could easily train her, and she could help this location incredibly. No fast food job is permanent, but she does deserve recognition in some way, whether a promotion or what. I thank her for giving us the service she did given the situation and given at the end of the day, everyone is human and has their stuff. I also told the manager this in person. Make sure to recognize the employees who do it right with extra effort. A lot of people nowadays don't even put the bare minimum.

Would like to spotlight the drive thru workers that was working on oct 4th 24 around 8:00 pm on commercial local tv ad they had an ad running 1$ Frosty’s but when we arrived to buy some they stated they stop selling them at a 1$ last Sunday but after a. Small conversation with them they Honored there ad with allowing the sale of 1$ would like the staff members working a thank you and also if the manager/ owner to Acknowledge them and that they should run have better communication with corporate management on an end date if they have specific sales to have and advertise end date for better communication with customers that live in Rual country and live couple hours away from a restaurant of that style when running an ad thank you
