Run in while my husband was fueling the truck. Why is it that Wendy's employees do NOT listen? The whole freaking order was a mess. My burger had 2 pieces of cheese on it, even after I asked for bread & meat ONLY!!! The frosty was half melted before I left the counter.
Hands down the best fast food experience I've ever had. I got the Fuego meal and it was absolutely amazing. The manager Doug took my order and I absolutely loved him he made us laugh and made the experience one of the best. When we drove up to the first window the woman cashing me out made multiple jokes and was extremely kind. I'm an extremely picky person and was absolutely blown away. Doug had the best costumer service I've ever seen.
I always stop here on my trips from central Illinois to Wichita. I've never once had a less than great experience. The food is always fresh and hot, and the people working there are exceptional.
