It's a good, greasy,,over all satisfying burger experience. 4 stars because I asked for no cheese and only raw onion. I got both cheese and fried onions...But I'd already left. Would be nice to just get what you ask for without having to always check on site.

They don’t make a pup cup even when you don’t want your whip in your shake. Not impressed 🙄
One thing with steak and shake, they're burgers or fresh off the grill. I always order them with extra onions. Extra pickle and I always get us either a strawberry or chocolate shake and they're french fries, shoestring, fried golden perfection

They don't offer the full menu that the former Steak 'n Shakes offered. No chili mac with everything over a bed of spaghetti. If you want a burger, they still have great burgers and crispy shoestring fries, plus the shakes.

I loved having this option in the gas station on a multi-day trip! The ordering kiosk was simple to use. I was able to sit and catch up on email for the few minutes it took them to get me my order and get me back on the road. I would love to see more Steak 'n Shakes in travel plazas!

Love the fries! Girl at drive thru didn't sound like she wanted to be there. Didn't smile or acknowledge us at the window. Took our payment and closed the door. She needs to sound happy and smile and interact with the customer.
