I made a quick pitstop here took the advice of others and got the burnt ends meal with coleslaw and french fries. I was a little scared whenever the burnt ends came out pre-sauced but they did have a good smoky flavor in the end. They don’t do much trimming to the brisket so if you like a really fatty burnt end, this is your place! hand cut fries were very tasty, coleslaw pretty generic as their house barbecue sauce. But overall, everyone was super nice and it was a good size...
Very friendly staff and the burnt ends are fall apart tender. The brisket, ham, and ribs are absolutely perfect. The barbecue sauce is served warm and pairs perfectly. I had the greek potatoes and baked beans for a side. The potatoes are awesome with the ranch and the beans go well with it all. I would recommend this place to everyone. It's worth stopping in.
Pretty dang good ribs!!! Tender, moist fall off the bone. The sauce is different than the usual run of the mill sauce it's both sweet and tangy but not overpowering with a tomato base. It's just perfect! Those homemade fries also made it a home run! Super nice fella that runs the place!
