Doordash pickup, overheard customers being told 30-45 minutes. Tried to get to the counter and get someone's attention to just ask how long on my order.Just got a "sorry" before the person I spoke with ran off.Ultimately I dropped the order. I can't afford to wait on them to figure it out.
We didn't dine in we opted to pay at the window and go and everything was pretty well perfect other than missing some sauces, I don't know if it's a glitch in the app for not receiving everything in the order but they try to make it right as they can.
We had our family thanksgiving dinner here and it went great! The food was cooked perfectly, the service was outstanding, and the environment is super family friendly. Thank you pizza hut staff for making our experience/day one to remember forever!!
Wheelchair accessibility: We was able to get my grandma in and out of her wheelchair to be able to attend the family dinner. A memory we all will never forget because she was able to attend and spend some time with the family...
