Used to be a great place to get a quick and decent meal, but the last two visits have been dissatisfactory. I’m unsure if this is a management issue, staffing issue, etc. But the last two times I’ve allotted MORE than estimated time given by the website which is usually 15-25 minutes, only to arrive and be told it’s still not ready and to wait an additional* 30 minutes.Mind you both of these instances the orders have been two papadias far from a large, extravagant, or complicated order.If you’re craving Papa John’s you could drive to the Dyersburg location and get your food faster to be honest, which is the route I will take in the future.

I ordered online and picked it up at the store. They didn't have meatballs so the pizza was made and set aside until I arrived so they could find out what other ingredient I wanted on my pizza. I appreciated that very much. They also gave me a free 2liter for the wait.

I ordered 2 pizzas, just to prove a point. 1 thin crust Supreme and 1 original Supreme. The thin crust one was perfectly cooked. The other was not. The original crust one will be cooked all the way if there's not so many layers of ingredients.For the people who order pizzas with all kinds of stuff on it, the crust won't get done towards the center of the pie.If you want a pie with everything, get it thin crust for it to be fully done.
