Didn’t even finish the order cause the young female taking orders was beyond rude. I don’t live here and was just passing through, so guaranteed I’d never go back. Wish I got her name but I didn’t. But she was working on oct 1st at 7pm. Service was TRASH!

Rude and unwilling to fix orders. It’s a WHOLE fight just to get a refund or fix orders. They have a bad attitude every time and they really need to think about revamping their entire staff or do a serious training exercise based around GOOD customer service because whatever they learned before AINT it. Do better. If it were me, I’d fire the entire staff and get all new workers. This is ridiculous. Like why can’t you just do your job, admit a mistake, and remake the food????

This place is absolutely horrible… I keep give them a chance because there is not much in caruthersville but every time I order its wrong or nasty.. and I will have them fix it or whatever needs to be done and they act like it’s the biggest issue. I honestly do not know how they are still in business. And I guess toys don’t come with kids meals anymore because we never get them..

I ordered my food how to pay cash. Get more order, it's not even the right order. Receipt's not even right, got charged for the right stuff. But then had to pay what more money to get the food that I ordered, because they wanted to argue with me Uber what I ordered setting here and 2 other customers come up. And complain about how they got the wrong order.

I ordered a Dr Pepper float, and not only did we get TWO strawberry cheesecake shakes which we only ordered 1, but they gave me a watered down, nasty Dr Pepper float. The Dr Pepper tasted straight like water. if I could give this place a zero I would. Do better!!!
I ordered a large chili cheese tator tots n basically got a medium in a large container 😭
