I ordered a Dr Pepper float, and not only did we get TWO strawberry cheesecake shakes which we only ordered 1, but they gave me a watered down, nasty Dr Pepper float. The Dr Pepper tasted straight like water. if I could give this place a zero I would. Do better!!!

I don’t know what’s going on at this Sonic location but there is no structure. We were left waiting for over 30 minutes and then called back inside and said they couldn’t find our order only to tell us never mind and then Brought us cold food. The. Tonight we ordered 4 ice creams and have been waiting over 40 minutes. And yes I want to file a complaint Sonic bc we need an adult up there.

After the screen said that they were on their way it's still took 15 minutes to get my order everything is cold very dissatisfied. And I am a regular customer please do better
