Great food, and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is on big boards on the wall right when you walk in, you order at the counter. The Philly is amazing, I highly recommend it if you love a good brisket sandwich. I got a side salad with it, and it was delicious as well. The ribs are also a great option. They bring the order to your table, you fill your drinks yourself and can get refills. Cost is over $10 a person on average, we spent $82 for five people.

Would I return: Yes.

We were promptly greeted with a kind face!

My friend ordered a regular cheese burger & fries; he said his was quite good.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad. Dislikes: the bun was not warmed; the meat was served cool or like room temperature; it was not hot or reheated or anything of that nature. That was a big disappointment! What was nice about this por sandwich, was the portion size was quite descent, it was nice meat, not lots of fatty meat, and the price was fair IMO.

BBQ Station always has the best brisket, pulled pork, bbq chicken, and ribs. The brisket is the best meat option, and the potato salad is the best side. The potato salad contains both meat and dairy. If you are a vegan entertaining this restaurant the options are few as the beans are cooked with butter. They could have used some sunflower seeds or more vegetable protein. I ordered a salad with no cheese, no meat, and no croutons. I sprinkled some tater tots on there to omit as much gluten as possible and ordered the dairy free dressing Raspberry vinaigrette. Baked potato could have also been used to make the salad more hearty. I also found some superb sweet zucchini relish by Blackberry Hill Farms to sprinkle on top. During these Alpha-gal tick season summer times it was nice to feel like the meat eaters kept some good veggie options around for the rest of us. This place is a must try for all parties

Vegetarian options: Salad, potato’s, fries, tots, local farm options for purchase on the side

Dietary restrictions: There’s butter in the bean options- both kinds

Probably top ten on the list of places to not eat, BBQ sauce is vinegar based an not in a good way , the brisket was 6/10 and pulled pork was 5/10 definitely a hipster BBQ place small portions and bad BBQ save your money and go elsewhere

Stayed at Roaring River over spring break. Ate at the Mexican restaurant in Cassville our first night and it was great. We decided to try this for some bbq the next night.Upon entering, there was no greeting at all from the employees (3 standing up front behind the order counter) and there was one couple ordering ahead of us. It took close to 10 minutes for the couple ahead of us to order and get their food. During this time, we noticed that one employee was taking the order and fixing it also. The other two were just standing there like they didn’t have a clue. The one employee took my daughter’s order, made it, slid it down to the clueless ones and then told us we would have to wait, because he had to do another order first. My wife asked him how many orders he had to do before finishing ours, because our daughter’s food would be cold by the time ours was fixed now and he said “one”. We waited several more minutes and he was still working on it, so we walked out.Evidently customer service means nothing to them and they must get enough one time tourist business to keep going. Needless to say, we don’t plan on going back. There aren’t many choices in Cassville, but we will give our business to those who it means something to.
