Horrible customer service. Curbside order was never brought out. Went in, staff argued that I even placed an order. Received melted drinks, cold sloppy food, no napkins or condiments. Never again.
This place is a joke and management is beyond incompetent. My 12 year old has more manners and cares more about general human decency than the children they have pretending to run the place after 5pm. Serve them cold smashed food on their salary and see how they like it.
Cold food, smashed food, rude management. A manager is a leader of a team and company vision. Not a kids friend to goof off and not care about people to feel popular with a team. It’s not high school it’s a paycheck and a career once you decide to promote. Great place if you want to have McDonald’s ruined for your kidos, and learn new inappropriate words and complain of tummy problems.
