Staff is very eager to take care of their customers. I recommend going inside to order though and not dealing with the app due to the app sometimes cancels your order and takes your points. McDonald’s corporate won’t refund without a receipt so of course you don’t get your points back because there is no receipt given when the McDonald’s app cancels your order. But the Managers are very nice about explaining that they have no control over the app and are very helpful to make sure your next order is very well taken care of.

The food is pretty good usually. The 3 star review is for the caramel macchiato never having Carmel sauce in it. Maybe you have to say you want it in there and I just don't know? But either way, they are always attentive and do their jobs as best as they can. They only take bit inside to order because the drive through is always super busy which is understandable.

So me and the old man used to come here, and both order a quarter pounder w cheese using the app, for %40 off. One time he paid for my burger when i forgot my wallet. That was the last quarter pounder with cheese I ever bought. Since then even after making a new account, I am unable to receive the same deal on my account. Even over a year later. McDonald's says they can't do anything. DONT SHARE PAYMENT METHOD WITH SOMEONE ELSE THAT USES THE APP! Buyer beware. Offer good deals without a login and password, or count me out. Food is too overpriced, and app is unfair and horribly coded. After choosing deal, you can't go back and choose a different full priced item without it acting like you already used that deal, and have to wait. I used to love this restaurant as a kid, and this makes me very sad. 😔
Food could be better but its mostly the ingredients they are given to use workers of course mess up once in a while but honestly they're great and always fix it with no issues for me

Sorriest service ever. No one at registers to take orders. One employee was standing at the kiosks to assist people in how to use them but it wouldn’t take my daughter’s app number for the customer deal again. It seldom works at any kiosk. The employee couldn’t get it to work either. The employee brought my food with napkins. Another employee brought the rest of the orders out without napkins. No one asked if we needed condiments which weren’t included on the trays. There was no changing table in the restroom which was inconvenient because we are just passing through today. I expected better from McDonald’s. There were plenty of employees in the back working. They could have had at least one person or the employee standing by the kiosks take orders and be a cashier. When I wanted a refill, I stood for some time at the counter. One employee came over and dropped an order onto the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. Another employee came up to put another order onto the counter and actually asked if he could help me. He gave me my refill and walked away. Very disappointed.

Did a online order on 6/22 at 8:38pm 8 arrived at 8:50 and they told me to pull up they're typically pretty good about only letting you wait up to 5 minutes but last night I waited over 20 and watched all the 13 cars after me get their food.(including the ones they had parked after me). Food was fresh but service is lacking. Make sure you have time to wait for food.
