Do they ever wipe down their tables? It sure doesn’t appear so! I typically order from the app, even when going inside, to get my discount and points. When inside, I opt in for the table service option. On more than one occasion, they bag up my food and call me to the counter to pick it up. And, good luck on getting ketchup out of their dispenser! It’s empty 9 times out of 10. Cassville really needs better food options! 🤦🏻♀️

Horrible customer service. Curbside order was never brought out. Went in, staff argued that I even placed an order. Received melted drinks, cold sloppy food, no napkins or condiments. Never again.

Train the staff. There were zero customer service skills. They argued with me about whether I even placed an order, even though I showed them the receipt. My drinks (fountains and slushes) were melted, ALL food was cold, no napkins or condiments. This was after waiting at least 30 minutes for my curbside order, then finally just going inside. The curbside guy was standing right next to me and didn’t even have the courtesy to offer to help me carry out four meals and four drinks. Never again!

This place is a joke and management is beyond incompetent. My 12 year old has more manners and cares more about general human decency than the children they have pretending to run the place after 5pm. Serve them cold smashed food on their salary and see how they like it.

It’s not high school it’s a paycheck and a career once you decide to promote. Great place if you want to have McDonald’s ruined for your kidos, and learn new inappropriate words and complain of tummy problems.

This McDonald's in Cassville has all dining room customers order via their self-service kiosk. Which doesn't allow you to pay with cash...have to pay at the original order desk. Food is just fair and packaged with zero love. McDonald's may have the customer prepare their own food before long. So much for Corporations. Definitely will never be back.

McDonald's changed and it's not for the better. The 1/4# cheese burger was like an unflavored jerky sandwich. They used to be awesome, but not anymore.

Didn't go for a while, tried again and it took 20 minutes to get a Big Mac, Mcdouble, nuggets and fries. Everything was cold except the nuggets. We no longer order Coke or other soft drinks because they're always terrible tasting.
