I normally only post positive reviews. But I have to post this in hopes that the manager may see this and make a change. We love the food so we eat here often, despite the terrible to-go service. There is never a time that we call that they don't immediately put us on a 'brief' hold. Sometimes it truly is brief. It seems this has just become the norm and they never consider just taking the order instead of doing something else first. I get they are busy and understaffed....
I was getting a to go order. Tried calling in but the girl couldn't hear me clearly. Went on in and started to place order sweet n sour chicken and cashew chicken or appetizers were the only things that could be available in approximately 20 minutes anything else would take would take 1 - 1.5 hours or maybe a little longer. This included chicken fried rice.
