They say “no one out pizza’s the hut” but they can’t even pizza themselves.
I called in a fairly sized order of about 8 boxes all together. The young man who answered the phone so graciously took my order. When we came to the end of the ordering process he repeated the order back to me and I made sure that it was all there. He then told us “we’ll have it ready in 20 minutes”. I arrived 30 minutes after we finished the call. I pulled up to window and told them the order, paid, and they told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they tell me they can’t find my order on the screen. Finally after about 5 minutes of searching they found it and my order and told me it would be ready in 6 minutes. 15 minutes later and a line running into the street they finally gave me my order. I expected much better from those that call themselves the best.

Ordered over an hour ago. Said delivery driver walked out. Not a big deal but the pizza wasn't even made correctly... doubt that was a delivery driver issue. Waiting on that refund they promised.

Never put enough fresh pizza out on buffet. Waitress never refilled our glasses. This pizza hut has always been our favorite, but today was a very bad experience. We probably will not be back. Do not recommend this pizza hut at all.

We chose to dine in at the Pizza Hut in Cassville Missouri. One other couple was in the restaurant. 10 minutes after placing our order the server returned to our table to state that the cook didn't make our pizza; he would make it and discount the price fir the inconvenience. Salad bar was a mess, food on the floor and vacuum in a booth

Southwest Missouri you disappoint me. Why can't yall get food right? Starting with taco bell in cassville, now pizza hut? You order online to have convenience. But they forget your order. How do you miss a cheese pizza? Now I'm sitting in the cat with the rest of my order while it's getting cold just for a cheese pizza 🤔 been here since 7:28 orders at 7:10. And now it's 7:55. Get it together yall please.

Why have online ordering and give customers pickup time then have them waiting in drive thru over an hour, two times in two weeks excuse was waiting on our food to be cooked if that is the case then why is it cold?!?! Get some new help get it together or just shut down already waste of money!

It was awful. Food inspector was there, the service was really bad, what little food they had was cold. The Salad you had to pick through it some looked bad. Tomato's were mooshie and had a few black spots, the cumber looked to be frost bit on the edges. I really don't think for two buffets it was worth the money. Think twice about coming here.

In reference to delivery orders. My order is consistently late and arrives cold. Also they don’t cook it long enough to get the bottom done.
Got the cinnamon rolls with them and they were raw. A mouth full of raw dough is not pleasant. Upset over the raw dough was looking forward to them

I had to doctor up a $25 pizza.
But, great service from the young man.
