Just took my kids to eat here not even 10 mins ago. Food was good, service was not. I had to get up twice to ask for things already requested from server plus had to get to go drink for my son when his cup sat empty for over 5 mins no silverware offered. And he stood there in the kitchen talking to the cook most of time bot checking on the only 2 tables in the building.

We come to Cassville quite often to visit Roaring River. Eating places are limited in Cassville, so we have put up with slow service here many times, but this time will be the last. We were not even acknowledged when we came in even though the sign said to wait to be seated. We finally were told to sit wherever we like. After sitting down, we sat there for quite some time with no one ever coming to our table. They seemed to only be worried about the drive through……… They won’t have to worry about us again. I recommend going somewhere else or buying your own pizza to cook. If you go, definitely allow extra time……….

My nephew and I were on vacation at roaring river and he wanted to go to pizza hut I am not a fan cause every pizza hut in the greater kc area is borderline inedible the staff at cassville needs to go to kc and teach all kc pizza huts how to make a pizza great service best pizza hut pizza I've had in over 30 years

They say “no one out pizza’s the hut” but they can’t even pizza themselves.
I called in a fairly sized order of about 8 boxes all together. The young man who answered the phone so graciously took my order. When we came to the end of the ordering process he repeated the order back to me and I made sure that it was all there. He then told us “we’ll have it ready in 20 minutes”. I arrived 30 minutes after we finished the call. I pulled up to window and told them the order, paid, and they told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they tell me they can’t find my order on the screen. Finally after about 5 minutes of searching they found it and my order and told me it would be ready in 6 minutes. 15 minutes later and a line running into the street they finally gave me my order. I expected much better from those that call themselves the best.

Ordered over an hour ago. Said delivery driver walked out. Not a big deal but the pizza wasn't even made correctly... doubt that was a delivery driver issue. Waiting on that refund they promised.

Cassville pizza hut is always good!! The staff are awesome and food was out quick and good!
Never put enough fresh pizza out on buffet. Waitress never refilled our glasses. This pizza hut has always been our favorite, but today was a very bad experience. We probably will not be back. Do not recommend this pizza hut at all.

We chose to dine in at the Pizza Hut in Cassville Missouri. One other couple was in the restaurant. 10 minutes after placing our order the server returned to our table to state that the cook didn't make our pizza; he would make it and discount the price fir the inconvenience. Salad bar was a mess, food on the floor and vacuum in a booth

Southwest Missouri you disappoint me. Why can't yall get food right? Starting with taco bell in cassville, now pizza hut? You order online to have convenience. But they forget your order. How do you miss a cheese pizza? Now I'm sitting in the cat with the rest of my order while it's getting cold just for a cheese pizza 🤔 been here since 7:28 orders at 7:10. And now it's 7:55. Get it together yall please.
