This place is horrible. 2nd time we've been there in the last 4 months. Why did we go back! Horrible service. Only 2 out of 4 people received plates. Waited an hour for pizza, being the only customers in the building, and only received one of the pizzas we ordered after such a long wait. They didnt charge us for the pizza we didnt receive, but should've gotten the other one free too. Similar experience the next time. Had to ask for the pizza, they finally brought it after 50 minutes. It was cold! Don't go there!

At least the food was good. Service was terrible, when my daughter has to go get refills, silverware, and correct the order because the waiter is no where to be found. Just drop the refills and walk off, don’t ask how the food is, if we need anything else. I see why there were only two other couples there, and we were a party of eight.

It's been two years since I last ate there and it obviously hasn't changed a bit according to these reviews. I considered trying it again today but no way in heck would I go there again after seeing these reviews. I cannot understand how in the world this Pizza Hut is still in business. If Pizza Hut in Cassville reads this? I hope you take into consideration that these reviews really hurt your business. They've definitely knocked you out of a sale this evening, But then again according to how long your business has been like this maybe it just doesn't matter. If that's true I'm very sorry to hear it.

I always order the same large stupidly hot pizza. It's always crisp crust & hot enough I don't have to add hot sauce. They even leave the tops of the peppers off my pizza.

Just took my kids to eat here not even 10 mins ago. Food was good, service was not. I had to get up twice to ask for things already requested from server plus had to get to go drink for my son when his cup sat empty for over 5 mins no silverware offered. And he stood there in the kitchen talking to the cook most of time bot checking on the only 2 tables in the building.
