Stopped for dinner. The guy on the speaker didnt even let me finish my order before finalizing it after 1 sandwich and i got home and one of my kids meals was missing the chicken tenders and i was missing my pickle fries. Tried calling the store and was asked to "call back in 10 minutes because they were busy" this is not the first time this has happened but will be the last.

Such horrible experience. Got fries for a snack for my little one to hold him over til we got food from another restaurant. They brought his fries out and they were burnt half was in the bottom of the bad and just gross so I asked for another one nicely. I understand things happen. They gave me another one same thing but loaded it with salt all over it was not edible at all. I’m not sure if they did this on purpose or not but my first fries didn’t have that much salt. We will not be back.

First off the guy that took my order was extremely rude kept interrupting me and I could barely even understand him I ordered the cheesy bacon sonic stack or whatever it was called it literally only had a few pieces of broken up bacon and lettuce no patty no cheese by the time I realized this I was too far away to turn around and go back up there I will never go back to the sonic drive in in cassville Missouri absolutely ridiculous
Ordered three cheeseburgers off the fun99 ($1.99) menu, 1 medium fries, 1 route 44 cherry limeade, two junior cherry limeades and a cherry slush. The girl that took my order let me know that they were out of the $1.99 cheeseburgers. I said that's fine just give me three regular cheeseburgers then. I think she put them in as junior cheeseburgers. Another worker came over the speaker to let me know that they had ran out of their smaller patties a few hours earlier and apologized because it hadn't been taken off the menu, then asked if I wanted anything beside what I had ordered. I said no thanks, that's all. The carhop brought my order out and there were no burgers at all and since it was closing time I couldn't get anything else. My 5 and 3 year old are now not getting a burger and we're an hour from home. I tried to make the best of the situation and reminded them that they had fries they could share and we still have our cherry limeades to enjoy. Which is the reason I chose to stop at Sonic in the first place. Cherry Limeade from Sonic is one of my favorite drinks this summer and I had a ROUTE 44 so I was willing to overlook the missing cheeseburgers, until I took a drink. Absolutely the worst cherry limeade ever. It had no carbonation at all, nor did it have any cherries or limes in it. I've never been as disappointed as I was with this Sonic. I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone.
