Every time I order food I order extra cheese and extra meat…. And without fail every time I get my sandwich there’s little to no meat.
This time I got One slice of meat on each side of my 12” sandwich???? But a 15$ sandwich nonetheless? What kind of bull is this? Not just that but I literally ordered one topping (red wine vinegar) which they failed to even provide. This is honestly getting ridiculous.

Got a pizza sub foot long and only got 6 slices of pepperoni. It cost me $10.19 + taxes in no way was this worth it. It is cheaper to go to Walmart and buy pepperoni and bread and make your own sandwich at home.

Just waited 15 minutes for a sandwich that was made incorrectly. Only two people staffed so a long wait time only to get the order wrong. Pretty disappointed.
Was handed a cup that was covered in soda, no napkins. Had to request the napkins so we could wipe our cups off.
Had to go back in and request a refund. Will not be eating at this location again. Just honestly a waste of our time and poor service on top of it.
Fantastic exeprience prices could be better but the workers were super nice and helpful and very paitent with my order

They were out of most sandwich options 2 of the 3 employees were extremely rude and hateful sold us fountain drinks even though they knew their fountain drinks were out/non working then refused to make it right by refunding our drink money or giving us the option to exchange for something in a bottle. We were told there was absolutely nothing they could do to resolve the situation. When I tried to warn another customer that the fountain drinks were out of order one of the employees proceeded to get in our face and tell us to get out and stop interfering with their business. Do yourself a favor and just go to the subway at Walmart cause if this stores employees are gonna be allowed to run the store in the ground there is no point losing your hard earned money for nothing

It would be great if l could buy my food with ease, but the chip reader has been broken for ages!!! FIX THE CHIP READER - it’s not that hard to fix - come on manager!!

Don’t order a BLT through the drivethru. They don’t give you any bacon. If you go inside to order one, they’ll give you two pieces.
Almost 8 dollars for a 6 inch sub with a tablespoon of Tuna...got me but never again.
I had a meatball sub and it hardly had any sauce on it. It was just plain tasting for me
I placed a large order, but a simple one. One of my sandwiches had every topping, but they made one of my chicken teriyaki sandwiches with everything on it as well, and my mom is allergic to olives which were also put onto the sandwich. I called the restaurant about the messed up order, to which the manager Michael told us we had to bring the entire order back, every single thing or he wouldn't fix the messed up sandwich. I explained all the food was eaten except the severely messed up sandwich which I was happy to bring back with the reciept,, and he rudely told us they wouldn't fix it and hung up on me, mid sentence. Incredibly unprofessional, rude as hell, and a waste of money in my opinion. I will be telling everyone locally that I know that goes to this location about the awful service and warn them about the poor customer service and management, so they can make their own judgment about continuing to be return customers or not.
