I placed a large order, but a simple one. One of my sandwiches had every topping, but they made one of my chicken teriyaki sandwiches with everything on it as well, and my mom is allergic to olives which were also put onto the sandwich. I called the restaurant about the messed up order, to which the manager Michael told us we had to bring the entire order back, every single thing or he wouldn't fix the messed up sandwich. I explained all the food was eaten except the severely messed up sandwich which I was happy to bring back with the reciept,, and he rudely told us they wouldn't fix it and hung up on me, mid sentence. Incredibly unprofessional, rude as hell, and a waste of money in my opinion. I will be telling everyone locally that I know that goes to this location about the awful service and warn them about the poor customer service and management, so they can make their own judgment about continuing to be return customers or not.

friend went to subway and found the head of a screw in her sandwich. She tried to get her money back and even had the food with her. They proceeded to tell her to call corporate and refused. This is a major health hazard and I know for a fact that the sandwich can be refunded and/or remade as I used to work here. This is a serious health hazard. This is actually crazy.

There service is crap they don't care they don't listen to what u wanna order I ordered 6 3$ rolls I got twelve and paid for six there are 3 employees I can pinpoint that don't care about there job there just there to get paid not realizing the cost there losing for there company and when u do drive thru there even ruder it's crazy I love subway but in all honesty it's the crappiest subway I've ever been to

Not even sure where to start. I come here because of the convenience of the drive thru window. A couple weeks ago I went inside and it was the middle of the day and almost all the veggies and sauces were put away as if they were closed. Each ingredient I asked for they had to go find it. Today I went and I chose my meal and sides I got up to the window and they were completely out of all cookies besides oatmeal. When I got home our sandwiches were not made correctly and all the veggies were falling out. It was made like a taco and incorrect. This location is the only subway I’ve had issues with.
They never answer the phone. I tried calling 9 times to cancel my order as soon as I seen it was this location. Last time I got a soggy sandwich instead of a toasted sandwich. And time before that all the chicken and veggies were outside of the sandwich because it wasn’t cut right. Never had a bad experience with subway before, just this location.
