We stopped in on the way back from an Oklahoma trip and almost everything was perfect. Ordered from the kiosk and did not have to wait long for our meals. Service was friendly. The Mexican Pizza was beautifully made. I say beautifully because I’ve seen many just thrown in a box (not from this TB). The only thing that was a damper were the chalupas. They were hard as a rock, obviously stale. Other than that, everything else was fresh and delicious.

Very unprofessional when you cuss out teens after a football game! Then proceeded to go outside & take pictures of vehicle license plates. Cuss the boys again for not leaving after you've called the police. The boys did what they should have & waited for PD to get there! I truly hope those boys family stop supporting this local establishment!

I tell you what I'm so sick of Taco Bell in Cassville!! I spent $60 tonight on food. I can not handle the nachos cheese so I specifically ask for it not to be on my food. My son orders the quesadilla and can handle the jalapeño sauce, and the chalupa was so hard we could barely chew it. Well we get our order and everything we asked for NOT to be on the food was. So here we are with $60 worth of food and can't eat it. All you have to do is read the order that was placed. Its not that hard!!!

As I have an old truck, had to reverse through the drive through with my pregnant sister as my driver side window doesn’t roll down. As we roll up to the window ready to pay out my passenger side, the guy go’s “cute” passively aggressively and instead of just explaining to us to not do that please, he has us go all the way around to the end of the line to do it again and then make my pregnant sister get out of my truck and walk around and pay. There’s a nice way to do things and say things, and every else in the town is use to the reverse method and doesn’t quite frankly care. Be better and be nicer, just because it bothers YOU doesn’t give you the right to be a prick.

Everytime I order the steak chalupa they barely put any meat on there. This has happened more than it should.

Overall this Taco Bell is very similar to every other Taco Bell you come across. Sometimes you get good day sometimes you get bad days. This particular Taco Bell has consistently sent out tacos with almost no filling and even sent out cold food at times on top of mixing up orders and for getting items on the regular

I've said this once but I'll say it again, the older lady needs to learn how to make a damn burrito. I'm so sick and tired of going there and she's the one who makes my food and she doesn't put anything right in it. She doesn't roll it correctly she doesn't put all the ingredients in it, ect. I ordered the grilled cheese burrito, there was melted cheese on the tortilla so that was right, but it was literally just meat in the burrito, nothing else. Just meat, there was no seasoned rice, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, no cheese in the burrito. Juat straight tortilla with small bites of meat. It wasn't even rolled correctly. It looked like it was just folded like a paper airplane before you fold down the wings. Unbelievable. I'm using my main account to say this and idc. I love everyone else that works there but this one lady needs to be retrained or trained if she wasn't already. Tasted ok but it was missing so many freaking things. 1 star for food, 5 for everything else though.
