Ordered a Cesar salad and specifically requested they toss it in the dressing for me, but they didn't. ordered 20 boneless wings which their online website states is $21.99 yet they charged me $24.66, and I got chicken strips cut in half instead (which isn't the same thing) and their website states 12 chicken strips are only $19. They said nothing and tried to pawn them off as boneless wings, when I called about them they said they were really busy earlier and ran out. There was no apology, there was no offer to get me something else, there was no reduction in price, there was nothing. when I asked to speak with the manager I was told he's too busy call him after 9pm. it's now only 8pm! If they had been honest about it in the beginning I would have ordered something else, now I will just never order from them again!
Great food every time we have ordered. We get delivery and they are on time every time. Everyone is friendly. We order at least one per week. Highly recommend Big River Pizza! So thankful they are so close to home.

Atmosphere, family gathering spot, limited seating. Food wasn’t ready, had to wait additional 10 minutes, which wouldn’t be so bad if parking wasn’t so limited but overall the food was a 10!!!!
