I used to order 5 lbs. of chicken wings at a time from Big River. For some reason they stopped selling them by the pound and now sell them in quantities of 7, 21 or 35. I ordered 35 wings. I went and picked them up and when I got home I counted the wings and there were only 23 wings. I immediately called Big River and told them and the lady I talked to asked me to hold on and she covered the phone with her hand and told someone else and that person in the background said, "there's no way, the amount was correct". They wanted me to bring them back. I was not going to drive another 15 miles one way to take them back. In the future, I will open the containers up and count them right in front of them so the workers and myself can ensure the correct amount is there. I am just posting this for anyone else who buys wings, make sure you count them so you don't get screwed like I did. By the way 35 wings cost $51.49.

Another pizza place canceled our order for my sons birthday party and didn't tell us. So we called Big River last min for food. Yall really saved the day. Food came out quick and delicious. Customer service is great as always. We will definitely be ordering more from yall in the future! Highly recommend!

Ordered a deluxe pizza, fried mushrooms and a chef salad. Spent $54 dollars. All the toppings on the left side of the pizza were slid off onto the pizza box.Mushrooms were not completely done and cold, chef salad was a mess but ok. Did call them back to let them know. I also left a $5 tip for the driver. He shouldn't get it after delivering this mess.

I am a slow learner. OR the fact that this is the last pizza place at the end of the earth where my house is. Crust is limp and tasteless. Not sure where you get cheese that looks like wax fresh from the oven and has zero flavor. Maybe turn the oven down a bit so toppings get warm and crust gets cooked? Just a thought. Every time I go - and I swear this will be the absolute last time- it gets worse. At least they replaced the flooring and it's only moderately cigarette smoke smelling. I promise- my lady visit and my last review.
