Love this place , it's very beautiful there. They do sand volleyball as well as parties and charities Kathy is the best! I do recommend playing vb and having it for wedding or birthday even family reunions.

Held my husband's memorial service here. Treated me like family.
Local venue, great atmosphere. We were here for a fundraiser, seemed pretty organized, fun band and staff.
Went to a fundraiser for local food pantry, had a nice time. Good people with local bands playing.
Great place well maintained and kept up the owner is very friendly great volleyball leagues on Thursdays good fishing great place to have a reception for birthday party highly recommended

Love villa magnolia. Great events stage , sand volley ball courts, a wealth of interesting history in a beautiful river edge and wooded setting. Highly recommended.
