Question I suppose. The restaurant is open until 11:00pm. The kitchen closes at 9:00pm. You can’t call in a to go order after 8:30pm supposedly. Even for a burger and fries. But I guess I can come in there just the same for dine-in at let’s say 8:40pm and my order will be welcomed??? Why not change the kitchen closing time to 8:30pm and say no orders whatsoever, dine-in or take out. Because they told me no to-go orders after 8:30pm. I guess a to-go order puts a strain on the kitchen and staff but a dine-in order does not after 8:30pm.

Long day at work? Wanna grab something so u don’t have to cook? Order early or ypu won’t get anything, not even a cheeseburger if it’s after 8:30pm even though they say they don’t close until 11pm. The food is decent but the place is totally lacking in customer service. Kitchen does not close at 9pm. They close at 8:30pm sharp!

First time here and the food and our server Madeline was outstanding. She was very patient with my 3yr old daughter ordering her own food. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of my most favorite place to dine now. The food AMAZING!!! The service also AMAZING!!! The Place well decorated and very clean and most of all the atmosphere PERFET!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Try it and see for yourself, you will thank me later...

Was a group of us after church trying this restaurant for the first time. There was a big group we did call ahead and let them know our count 22. Staff was unable to serve us and manger on duty was super RUDE! To her staff and our group, raising her voice not very professional. Will not go back!!

DON’T go here!! I’ve never been treated like I was! Food wasn’t cooked right. Dirty floors! The manager is rude as well! I will never go back! It’s so sad because it is a local place but they obviously don’t care about customers!!

Wanted to take a group today and support local business. The staff were nice but the manager was absolutely rude as can be! In front of me she yelled at her employees. The staff even apologized for her rudeness, She lost a lot of potential customers. We decided to leave.

We've been hanging out a Savannah's for nearly a year now... about once every other week. It's our main go-to place in Cedar Hill. NEVER a bad experience. Dylan, Samantha, Chris, and Candy are all terrific! Great fried chicken (especially on Sunday's), but I prefer the pizza. They have cauliflower crust with great toppings (including pineapple!). Oh, and be sure to get an order of catfish bites for your group. You'll thank me later, I'm sure.

Ask for Kendall! Awesome server! I was in a party of six. We're a group group of older ladies and asked a lot of questions. She was patient and answered them all pretty well. Did her check backs accordingly & kept our drinks filled. Offered to go packaging and bags. Thank you Kendall for going above and beyond! Sally's friends! 😊

Stopped in for a work day lunch, with zero expectations and left with a way too full belly and a smile on my face. The last thing I was expecting to eat today was a delightful salad of wild greens and finely FINELY chopped cheese and homemade ranch... Wish I would have gotten a picture, it was lovely. I did manage to restrain myself long enough to snap of pic of my mushroom swiss burger on a perfectly flaky brioche bun with surprise gravy! If I work in this area again, you better believe I'm coming back!
