Wife went to order a teriyaki chicken sub and the girl behind counter was picking green stuff off of chicken which was mold 6 other trays had mold on them so the wife complained to the girl that you cannot serve that she said she can't do anything about it you'll have to talk to manager which wasn't there! Health dept should shut them down but they have an A rating yeah right will not eat there again! Cannot even rate a 1! A big 0!

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the app and ordered honey mustard on mine, when I got home I opened my sandwich to realize they put regular mustard on it instead of honey mustard.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Terrible food spent $45 on subs and they literally put one lousy slice of meat and we asked for double meat! a bunch of lettuce and one slice of small tomato on it. No condiments at all on it. Everytime we go there they screw up! Last time we sat there an hour even after we ordered ahead of time...we sat there because they said they didn't get our order. Then I showed them on my phone my receipt and all of a sudden they find the order. The subs were Terrible then too! We will never go to this location again. I don't know who owns this franchise but SHAME ON YOU!

You should probably change the hours on both the doors and google if you're planning on closing two hours early. This Subway has gone downhill the last couple of years, and it's really sad to see.
Ordered a subway club and only received bacon and cheese on my sandwich. Missing the ham and Turkey. Only wanted my bacon heated and got my whole sandwich toasted.. very

I spent $57.41 to have some of the worst subway I've ever had at any Subway restaurant. Two sandwiches with grilled chicken one with double meat. The grilled chicken tastes like it was cooked in the oven. That had burnt everything prior to that. So I had this burnt taste. Then that same chicken tastes like the cleaning materials they would use to clean the oven with. The six cookies we got nasty. I can keep going but at this point I'm just getting frustrated again. Never nd I mean never work at cedar hill subway. That place is the worst job I have ever had and everything about it is unprofessional. The boss constantly forgives people who no call no show and even people who steal but I called off and I get fired. The manager was a minor, he left now there's just no management. That place is absolutely disgusting and I'm not sure how it even passes any type of inspection. No break or lunch break even if you're working a double. One time I had asked the boss what the money marker does if it's marked on fake money and he pulled out a whole envelope of fake money from his backpack for me to test it on just thought that was a little off. That store is completely ran by teenagers that were never properly trained we had to learn on our own. The boss is such a cheapskate that he will make u take meat off of a sandwich infront of a customer if you put "too much" even if it's just one extra piece. The bathrooms rarely get properly cleaned and the only people that actually cleaned them now lost their job because they called off for a day. The soda caps maybe get cleaned once a month and that's being generous. There's lots of water damage and mold all around the store and it's disgusting.
